High quality eye check and very professional advice from a highly experienced optometrist. Great range of specs and helpful assistance when choosing. Extremely good value.

Friendly and professional service. The Audiologist is lovely and knows what she is doing. Very reasonable prices for hearing aids.

Audiology service was excellent - efficient, thorough, sensitive and pitched just right. Lia's follow up service has been most helpful and reassuring to know she's there for any future glitches.

I was served promptly by friendly staff. First, she fixed my broken, favorite specs. Then she adjusted my least-favorite specs so they fit properly. Then she adjusted my favorite specs so they too fit properly. And she polished the lenses of both specs. When I went to pay, there was no charge. I know she was only following company policy, but that's not the point -- I enjoyed the Specsavers experience at this store. I'll buy here next time I need glasses, for sure. So by making this experience pleasant the next sale is assured. Good customer service works like that.

The quality of service Spec Savers provides should be the standard by which all businesses are measured. Not just optometrists. I can't rate them highly enough! I was served quickly by friendly, patient, knowledgeable staff who sorted me out with replacement glasses fast! My only regret is I didn't go to them in the first place. If I had, I would have saved TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS! Update! After years of use, the frames of my glasses were starting to fall apart. No problem for Spec Savers! I walked in off the street without an appointment and 15 minutes later I was walking out the door with the frames repaired to a usable condition until my replacement frames arrived. Which did, only 3 days later! Unreal!

This could be against the rules, I don't know. I'm willing to risk it though. I've created another account so I can give Specsavers another rating. Every time I go there, I'm absolutely blown away by the quality of service. Friendly, accommodating staff and unbelievably quick service. Can't rate them high enough. Thanks guys!

Wonderful team ! so love my new glasses and the super clear vision. Special thanks to Robert for his help in the big choice of frames. Have a fabulous Xmas.
