Easy to Book online. Great and very professional, no pushy inexperienced sales staff who are only interested in a sale. No upselling. No pressure to upgrade or replace current glasses, True and very honest eye test.

Eye test was done very professionally, the lady was very helpful and did a thorough test for me. Sales lady could have been more helpful though. I’m thinking maybe you need to make info pamphlets for customers so they can see how much they are expecting to pay. I asked for a ball park price and was told to just go look for a frame before talking price. As a first timer I just felt lost and not being listened to when asking questions. I also asked about glasses that tint when you go outside and was just shown already tinted glasses which wasn’t what I was asking. The question never raised again during the buying process either. The sales lady was lovely and helpful though when collecting them and reassured me about the sick fishbowl feeling will go away after a few days so I’m really grateful for that.

As soon as you walk into there a lovely lady on shot floor, she was so polite, the other Staff were doing there jobs well , doctor was easy to understand and work with! Thank you. I will come to see OPSM again.

Excellent service! In other places they told me they couldn't repair my favorite and bent glasses after accidentally sitting on them because I didn't buy them there, but in OPMS they sent them for me to a expert in these types of rapirs without me having to go anywhere else and left them perfect. Thank you so much for the great service!
