Sharon the receptionist is just soo lovely. Straight up happy bubbly person everytime I've been there. Shows no class distinction.. but she's all class. Herb Marnard has a "let's get to it" manner. Which I prefer and yet he's still very pleasant and thorough. I asked questions and he answers them simply with no fuss. They make a very intertwined balanced team.
