W.Wonderful service from this outfit today. I was able to rock up and get an appointment within 10min to have my prescription rechecked. Minimal wait time, friendly staff and at no point did I feel pressured to buy anything. Great work.
T.Wonderful staff ,went in on Sunday as my wife had sat on and broke my glasses,come back in 20mins or so and we will have them fixed ,. Went back 30 or so min later and the glasses were like new NO CHARGE !!!!

Staff especially Optometrist Louise went out of their way to provide personal, helpful and timely service including education and warning signs etc. Was very reassuring to know I could access their help and monitoring. One of the best health services I have ever received and very reasonably priced which made it accessible.
f.I’ve never experienced such a professional procedure to get new contact lenses.The very capable and friendly staff checked everything in my eyes.For me as a German completely new.I‘m impressed.I‘ll get my lenses in 3 weeks,but am already happy with the informations they gave me and the test lenses.Price is absolutely fine.Thank you Specsavers team.
