G.My three year old son had his first eye test here. The optometrist was excellent at doing so, and went the extra mile to make sure to accommodate his extra needs (he's nonverbal). I also really liked that I was called by the optometrist that night to check in on how I was doing, if I had any questions about the appointment, etc. The receptionist staff were also extremely friendly with us, which is awesome as it really sets the precedent for how you expect to be treated during your visit. So yeah, very high quality customer service all around.
D.Amazing customer service, with a perfect balance of professional and down-to-earth! Linda is especially great - every company's dream front of house staff. Usually getting new glasses feels like a chore I don't want to do, but this time was different. I was pleasantly surprised by all the information and full attention I was given during my appointment. A bit pricey but the service is worth it compared to many chain brands such as Specsavers who will push you out the door in 15 mins.

T.Great service and they did not force me to buy glasses. I chose it buy them. They checked every part of my eyes and checked any problems there not just what I went in for. Did not leave me waiting and the ladies helped me find a pair of glasses that suited my face. Would recommend getting your eyes tested here and getting your glasses from them.

A.I visited Naylor Palmer yesterday, for my 2yr Checkup which I attended early as I was experiencing problems with my eyes with reading etc. I was seen by my Optometrist Cherie who as always was very professional but also extremely forthcoming explaining everything about the Exam. It was the most thorough Exam I have ever had and over the years I have had a few, having Vision in only one Eye. Cherie was more than happy to answer all my questions and made me feel very comfortable asking. I would recommend Naylor Palmer to anyone requiring Eye Care. From the Optometrist, Receptionist and the Ladies who fit and help with choosing new Frames. Cheers Alison
