Very impressed. All of the staff were helpful, approachable and had great taste in choosing glasses. Eye exam done with Ricky was very thorough and he did a brilliant job at summarizing findings, options, and expectations going forwards.

Great professional friendly service from Optometrist Maile. They ended up being able to price match the online price for my contact lenses needed, which is good is I would like to support a local business and will buy them there in the future. I wanted some Rayban frames which they didn't supply, and it was no problem to get a copy of my prescription to purchase elsewhere.

I really enjoyed my experience with Visique Eye Spy. The staff were all very knowlegeable and professional and made me feel at ease straight away. I have not had my eyes checked for a while but they took me through the process and I felt taken care of the whole way. I was unsure with which glasses would suit best but they helped me get the perfect ones! Received two sets of glasses really quickly and the quality is great. Great experience, great outcome. Had a great experience. The staff were friendly and knew what they were doing. At no time was I made to feel rushed. It is all to often for a business to rush things at the expense of proper service and interaction with the customer. Bought my first pair of LEGIT glasses and I am never looking back! Love my Jimmy Choo's and I get so many compliments on them too. Ka rawe tō manaakitanga ki au! Excellent service given and Maile allowed me ample time to try and test and try on again, different glasses to ensure I chose the pair that suited my needs and that I loved, given that this was my first time not settling for $15 night market glasses lol... I had never visited before but I called up last minute to see if there were any appointments available to check my eyes as I had been experiencing eye pain and my usual optometrist was full. The receptionist advised they were fully booked too but she spoke to the optometrist who went out of their way to fit me in due to the pain I was experiencing. At the actual appointment the optometrist was thorough and very caring, and the entire team was very lovely and helpful. Such a good experience so I will be using this optometrist from now on, and will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

Great customer service! My wife was referred to by Prue who screened my wife for Irlens. And my wife went to this optometrist to get her fitted with Irlen lenses. My wife was so impressed with the whole process. I totally recommend this place!
