B.Scott and Anita are absolutely fantastic. I found Pap Optometrists when I was still based in NZ and they were by far the most knowledgeable, kind and reasonably priced optometrist I have been to. Even when I moved to Australia they still sent me contacts and were great at communicating despite the time difference. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an all round fantastic optometrist :)
L.Never ever want to move to a new optometrist, Papamoa Optometrists are a masterclass team. They are fast, efficient and friendly. They always meet my urgent demands (I'm trying to be better at that guys). They always greet me with my name and a smile. 3/4 of my family need glasses/contacts and we all feel the same. Well done Scott and Anita, know you're appreciated for your top class service ... and please don't ever leave me and my family ;) Highly recommend!

Craig gave a very thorough and helpful examination and was happy to answer any questions. We talked about some connections between concentration, fatigue, and various functions of the eye.
Great value service and well priced frames.
P.I was referred from Bailey Nelson, Mount Maunganui to Papamoa Optometrist for an OCT scan because of the specialist equipment they have. Right from the start the entire team were interested, interesting and welcoming, and shared my humour (how can you go wrong?).
The test was done efficiently and with great information to explain the results. Thanks Scotty.
The cost of the test was great value. I don't know how it happened but paying for it was made a pleasure.

N.First EVER awesome experience at an optometrists! I usually go to the high street stores like Specsavers but got fed up being ripped off and heard great things about Papamoa Optometrists and so gave them a shot today. Scott the optometrist is just the NICEST guy and took the time to explain things to me that in 32 years nobody had ever explained. Anita helped me choose frames and what normally takes me two days (genuinely!) took literally 7 MINUTES! Came away with the right prescription, a beautiful pair of frames at a totally reasonable price, and best of all they're a new style which I love and which I'd previously been told I couldn't have because of my prescription (Specsavers are honestly not worth wasting your money on!) :)
