Thank you to the team at eye care solutions , many eye conditions don't always make it the easiest to get supplies. Eye care solutions prompt replies and great service make it a breeze. There was a product that all of the pharmacies had run out of . I placed and order with eye care solutions, they managed to keep me going with a small amount personally delivered , can't ask for better than that.Great communication the rest was delivered within a few days. Highly recommended.

Bought from this site based on good reviews. Got sent a defective DMV plunger that doesn’t work. When I emailed them about this they said they cannot take returns if it was opened and offered me a 10% discount of a new purchase. How was I to know if it was defective?!! Totally unsatisfactory and should be reported. Even though it is a small item there are clearly no fair policies around returns. How is the consumer protected? My first purchase was even close to 200nzd! Update: Owner Eugene found out about this issue and immediately contacted me to apologise and sent me all alternatives without additional charge. Thank you I really appreciate the generous gesture.
