L.First visit to Optik, and couldn't be more impressed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Options available for me regarding lenses and contacts were detailed and well explained. Good help picking frames, and post pickup service is beyond good. The examination charges were extremely reasonable, I wouldnt have batted an eyelid if it was twice the rate. The time from the eye examination to picking a frame and getting new lenses made and fitted was all up one working day. No regrets whatsoever.
M.I am near 80years and have worn spectacles, contact lens or both together since I was 8years so have had a wide variety of experience with specialists and opticians. For a number of years now I have attended Optic Pukekohe and actually love going there, - (and there’s a free coffee machine as well.) They are never in a hurry to deal with you in any department and treat you with great respect. Each staff member is so friendly and makes the effort to communicate in an effective and appropriate manner. If you are looking for a trouble free appointment to have your vision checked out, I certainly recommend you try Optic Pukekohe.
M.Very friendly experienced and professional staff. John went to great trouble to help make the vision in my damaged eye a little better as well as improving the quality of vision in my other eye. Very impressed, since another optometrist had given up and said they couldn’t help.
Christine then made me a loan pair to help my eyes and brain get used to the specifications.
Choosing a frame was easy, with help at hand if needed .
The new glasses were ready in under a week and I am delighted with the result.

A.I am very happy with the professional and technical service I have received from Optik Eyecare. I have been most impressed with their trial pair of spectacles to use with my computer so I have the benefit of viewing through the full lens rather than just the middle third of my progressives. They are much more comfortable when working with text or figures on screen.
J.My hubby went down on a Saturday and chose frames, then had an eye exam which was very thorough. Then to his surprise he got a phone call the same day to pick up his 2 sets of reading glasses!! Cant ask for better service than that.

w.My experience at Optik was a good one. The eye test for my new reading glasses was done very professionally, and finding the right frame was not hard with the help of the staff. They are very friendly and helpful.
G.John and the team at Optik Pukekohe have looked after our family's eyes for 30 plus years now and are still doing an excellent job. The service is always professional and personal, and they are great at choosing suitable fashionable frames. I can personally recommend them to anyone for expert care and attention. The follow up for appointments is handy and taking frames home to select also makes this task easy. Nothing seems too much trouble. The frame selection in store is great and on trend. The premises are chic and stylish too.
I have complete faith in John's examinations and never feel nervous. He takes the time to explain how the prescription may have changed and why, and also checks for other conditions that can occur as we are aging.

M.Ild give more stars if i could, you only have 1 set of eyes, you pay for what you get here which is, exemplary service from all the staff, very thorough on there assessment.
I used spec savers pukekohe you feel like a number and they are not nearly as thorough, spec savers got the prescription wrong and it was out.
I cannot fault Optic Eyecare Pukekohe on anything at all, very professional with a kiwi twist, i strongly recommend them for your be all and end all for anything to do with your eyes.

We were not clients of Optik, but after my daughter broke her only pair of glasses and our regular optomotrist showed little to no interested in helping us out with a quick solution we went to Optik. Their customer service was amazing, there range of frames was impressive and their offer to help us with an amazing time frame was all appreciated. We will now be giving all of our custom to Optik.

j.During last year's check-up, a tear was discovered in my retina. I was straight away referred to an eye specialist. This discovery saved me from loosing sight to one eye. Now I am on a yearly check up. This happens with the latest equipment by knowledgeable and friendly staff. I recommend using their service.
