P.They were able to see me last-minute as I urgently needed an appointment, the appointment and testing was really thorough and everything was explained to me really clearly. Plus they helped me out with some emergency contacts until my order arrived which was a massive help! Highly recommend :)
T.The staff were very friendly and welcoming for both my son (7yrs) and myself. The appointment was for him and he was seeing a behavioural optometrist. It was a great appointment where we were able to get some insight (no pun intended) and clarity about his visual learning processing. I recommend if you have any inclinations that your child needs to get checked for a visual learning dysfunction then visit Ocula. While we are waiting for the report, the optometrist gave me enough info at the appointment for me to explain to other family members.
F.I was over joyed they thought outside the square to offer a solution to my challenging sight problem . Everything clearly explained, including the tests. . The new idea offered gave me hope of being able to see without continuous pain. The cost was a great deal less than I envisaged.
V.We were referred to Ocula from my son's reading recovery teacher at school totally worth the 3 hr drive to go to appointment .All the staff are friendly and genuinely interested in you .My son has had his new glasses only 4 months but not only is he able to see better but his confidence has increased in all areas of schooling and home. I would and already have shared our experience with Ocula with others . We will continue with them in the future definitely 🤓

I visited for a routine eye test and contact lens check. With today’s technology, an abundance of information was gathered and the collated findings explained clearly to me.
I highly recommend this branch of Ocula and will be visiting again for my next test and check in a year’s time.

G.I received an email from Zig Zag Zoo Frankton daycare letting parents know about the free infant eye check and how issues left undetected can not only effect their seeing but subsequently hinder their learning.
I booked in, got a text reminder (which is always great these days), showed up to the appointment. Everything ran on time, the ladies there were really friendly, welcoming and professional. The premises were modern, clean and looked efficiently run. It felt like a very slick, streamlined process.
What was really cool about the infant eye exam is the use of little toys and fun queues when engaging your infant in the eye test. My son gets a little squirmy at the best of times and managed to get through the quick eye-test because he was pretty interested in the devices and a little toys being used.
And, a nice touch at the end was the sticker for my son and watching him choose his favourite colour.
M.Wow, these guys a great! Extremely thorough. Very friendly and helpful. I was helped by no less than 4 staff each of whom are specialists. The details of my problems was explained completely and clearly, I was given a range of choices, each choice was explained with its advantages and disadvantages so I could make an informed decision. Very very happy with the result.

M.I can't recommend the team at Ocula more highly! From Carla at desk to Danielle the Optomestrist...their attitudes and commitment to their clients is outstanding. My son, now 17yrs has had consultations with at least four other Optometrists over the years and has never had such a thorough insight to his specific needs. Danielle is passionate about finding specialised solutions for people's individual life styles.
We are very grateful, that with alot of coaching...my son can now manage contact lenses...and has a new lease of life in the sporting arena. As he said to me the other day..."this is LIFE CHANGING mum"....

L.Danielle had the patients to help me through the transition from glasses to contacts. Danielle is the first Optometrist to even offer this transition away from glasses, as other past Optometrists have told me that contacts were not for me, due to my Trade I am employed in and the issues with my eyes. V.I was very impressed with the professional and friendly approach Ocula have. My eyes were checked more thoroughly than any other Optomotrist I've been to (been going to Optomotrists for 25 years) and everything was explained in a way I could understand easily.
