I am delighted with the service and support I have received over the last few weeks and in previous years from Specsavers Richmond. Mick is brilliant at getting my tricky occupational prescription perfect for me and so knowledgeable, friendly, understanding and kind. Brechon the manager and Dispensing Optician is so polite and helpful and generous. Jenny and Anna were both very proficient sorting out my orders and all of these staff were very helpful and patient with my many questions. Thanks team.

Can find no fault with friendliness and service at this branch whatsoever. But I do have a problem with Specsavers brand glasses. Bought 2 almost identical pairs - different colours (for computer and varifocal). My first purchase from Specsavers. Constant problems with loose and falling out screws. All fixed no problem at Specsavers Richmond, only to happen again. Bought a different style of Specsavers' frame varifocals some months ago thinking the issue was with the model I had first chosen. Same problem, but this time one lens kept falling out. Four times at least. Today, the lens vanished never to be found. Sooo...back to my spare pair + watchmakers screwdriver close by!! And a new, entirely different glasses brand on my shopping list!!

I have to give a big special thank you to Sam I'm sure that was his name. I walked in and asked to get my glasses cleaned and to tighten the screws on my glasses and he went above and beyond and molded the glasses to better fit me than they were before, I was skeptical about how they would feel but he did an amazing job ! Sam if you see this I'm sorry I couldn't come in and thank you !

I had great service from Specsavers this morning. An arm had fallen off my glasses so they repaired that and swapped lenses between frames for me. No charge😊 so that is great service. Thank you

When I needed emergency repairs to my prescription spectacles, I was far from my home (North Island) and needed to ask for assistance from a local outfit - went into Specsavers in Richmond near Nelson, and was given exceptional service; repairs were done with professional level skills and my staff lady was so helpful. The price was ridiculously affordable. I am one very happy customer, and will look for my nearest Specsavers up where I live. HIGHLY recommended to all :-)

Decided to replace my old prescription, and was tested at this shop in Richmond Mall. The process was very well organised, and the machinery they have there is Star Wars ! My eyes needed new lenses, and the shop helped me select frames that I really like. All this was simple, fuss-free, and pleasant for me, as an older person, to experience. My staff was a young girl who seemed genuinely interested and she knew an awful lot about the subject. I'm really pleased with the glasses, and hope others can benefit from my trust in the store.

Several years of professional service at both the Nelson, and the Richmond, Specsavers. I have had new spectacles made up, and also they reconditioned my favourite photo-chromatics to as-new condition. Very reasonable pricing, in my opinion. I have no better recommendation than my continued repeat custom.

I wish to express my thanks to the team at Richmond Mall specsavers, especially Brecon. Everyone was helpful in getting my glasses frame comfortable. It was certainly a mission however, they never made me feel I could not keep popping in until we were all satisfied . I will certainly telling other of my satisfaction.

Brilliant service from Bridget who immediately she saw results of an eye test contacted the hospital to deal with macular degeneration. She answered all our questions most professionally and was friendly and polite. She also was able to advise that some expensive sunglasses we have could be altered to my prescription.

WOW! Stunning new premises, light, sunny, uncluttered, classy, comfortable and modern without being too overdone, well done team. My lovely husband recently had to have his two year check up and glasses updated. The service from start to finish was brilliant, friendly staff who took the time to ensure everything was as it should be and the new glasses are a big improvement. Thank you for the all round positive experience. I'll see you in January for mine.

Went in to get my glasses adjusted. Lady made them look like brand new. She adjusted them clean them an changed the plastic nobs that sit on yr eyes. All free. Thank you so much.
