Y.The girls here at OPSM at Silverdale are very helpful & make you feel so welcome- so if you are in need of eyes being tested or after new frames for your existing reading glasses or new sunglasses this is the place to go - they have all the top Brands so pop in there next time your passing I’m sure you will find something - the girls there will help you find the right frame that suits you - their prices are affordable & they do have special’s running as well - I think that if you find the glasses/sunglasses you are after & find that they are a bit expensive to pay right out - they do have a system where you can pay them off - so don’t put off in getting your eyes tested !!- they are the only eyes you will ever have so look after them don’t strain them get those glasses- 😊😎
R.I am always impressed with the willingness of the staff to assist their customers. Once again my glasses were tightened and cleaned for me while I waited today, after having one lens drop out while attempting to clean them myself earlier in the day.

M.Accidentally bent my frame arm. Went to an eye shop in mall: they were not interested nor helpful. Went to OPSM and couldn't be more impressed with the service. Extremely helpful, pleasant and positive assistance from all the staff including the Manager. She took time and straightened the arm - at no charge! Will definitely go back there.

P.I have been to 4 different OPSMs over the years and found the staff and optometrist at this particular branch superb in every way. The Optometrist took the time to explain things and Michelle assisted me in selecting frames. Today was the first time ever I have had a staff member spend time helping me select frames. I didn’t feel she had to hurry because other customers were waiting and left feeling very happy with my purchase knowing that I had tried on a number of frames and chosen the most suitable ones.
