Had a great appointment at spec savers Silverdale. Lucius was very professional and put me at ease for my eye checkup. Natasha helped me to find new glasses and helped me to find the correct lenses. After having problems with my eyes I normally dread going to the optician, I would recommend a visit.

Recently went in for my biannual eye check up - everyone was so friendly and despite my eyes changing a bit it was so little that new glasses were not required. At no point did I feel any pressure to buy new ones, which I have experienced with other optometrists! They listened to me when I mentioned having some contact lense issues and made sure the issue was remedied even though it wasn't technically part of the consult, & they made sure to answer my questions so I could understand

Absolute awesome service from Specsavers Silverdale Audiology. Carmela Davies is a gem. She went beyond and above for my husband needs concerning the purchase of new hearing aids. I can't praise her enough, just wonderful, so patient and caring. I can recommend her 100%.

We were attended to by Maxwell. He was welcoming, friendly and concerned about the issue we had. Maxwell and his colleague knew what stock they had and come across very knowledgeable. They had an identical frame and replaced the glasses frame for a minimal cost. Thank you Maxwell.

I wish to express my appreciation for the excellent service given to me Tuesday 24th May 2022. I had eye surgery 3 weeks prior resulting in 6 stiches per eye, naturally I expected some discomfort for up to 2 weeks. However ater 3 weeks my right eye was imflamed and felt like a foreign object wa poking into my eyeball. The surgeon suggested I visit Spec Savers for a check, I expected to have to make an appointment and wait, but no, the friendly lady at reception took me to the Red Eye technician who carried out an examination, then into the Optician who removed a eye lash. Hi there, Gaylene Chambers here, huge THANK YOU to Silverdale SpecSavers Team Member Stacey, for his kindness, patience and understanding, with making a difficult choice of 3 pairs of new glasses, with my family who came along to see also, including our handicapped son in his wheelchair, it was quite over whelming for me, especially with the whole social distancing, space, and having to wear a mask as well, BUT Stacey, gave us space, and his feedback too, which was very helpful with choosing the right glass frame to go with my face shape, forehead, eye colour, hair colour, complexion etc.. it was most helpful, I had about 15 pairs that I liked very much, but then Stacey, managed to narrow this down, with some really helpful tips etc.. effortlessly, professionally and most of all very very caring and understanding of our delicate family dynamics. Can not recommend this store enough, my wife has struggled for the longest time with her prescription and the staff at silverdale have helped in ways I can not even begin to describe, a special shout out to Dayna who went above and beyond to make sure my wife got the service she needs, thanks heaps team

Very little choice in frame styles to choose from. Two visits with appointment times and the first had to wait over 20 minutes, the second was 40 minutes. Seems to have staff everywhere you look walking around, yet clients are all waiting. The fitting fro glasses was great, the only positive I have,

Great experience with silverdale staff! I have never been to specsavers before but they were more than happy to repair my broken glasses at no charge. Dana (I think she is the manager) was lovely and so helpful, I will definitely be switching to specsavers now!

Amazing care shown from the 2 optometrists at Specsavers Silverdale when I injured my left eye with a yukka spike just before Xmas. All I was charged was $30 & the concern that was shown everytime I came for checkups was amazing. Last appointment was on the 19th Jan when I got the all clear. Many thanks.

Today I went along to Spec Savers at Silverdale for a pressure test on my right eye due to having floating black spots since yesterday. I was treated fantastically well, with speed , efficiency, courtesy, patience and kindness. and for such a small charge. I was referred very quickly to Greenlane Hospital after my consultation. I cannot RECOMMEND SPEC SAVERS SILVERDALE ENOUGH!!!!! 17th November 2020. Further to my previous review of yesterday, one of the doctors that examined me today at Greenlane Hospital complimented the staff of Spec Savers for being so thorough and noticing the tear at the back of my eye where the retina had pulled away. Good on you Spec Savers Silverdale - I am very grateful and had successful laser treatment today to repair the tear.

Revisit after eye surgery three years ago. Excellent service from optometrist (Korean woman, don't know her name) who recommended no change to my lenses due to only minor change to my prexcription. I sometimes feel I have been pushed into an expensive change to my glasses when not really necessary. Richard Smyth
