J. T.On holiday in Taupo with new glasses from a different Specsavers branch that were not fitting properly. Natalie took time to ensure they were 100% right making several adjustments. She was fabulous. Thank you for great customer service.
D. L.Brooke was very thorough with my eye test. I thought my current glasses were fine but she suggested I could stay with them or upgrade to the ones that were a fraction clearer than my current ones. I decided to upgrade.

K.This is the best Specsavers I have been to and I have been to about 5 different ones over about 5 years. Every staff member was incredibly friendly and super helpful. Most of all they really took great care in getting the fit and comfort of my glasses absolutely perfect. They've also helped me choose the perfect pair of multi-focal contact lenses which I originally didn't even know was an option. All I can say is, they're the best Specsavers branch ever. Very professional, pay lots of attention to detail and a truly personalised service. Many thanks!
