I brought in glasses on behalf of a 94 year old gentleman who had cello taped his frame after it came apart. Rochelle of Patterson Burns in Thames, removed the tape, replaced and loctited the missing screw and cleaned them up like new while I waited and at no cost.. This may have been a simple repair however it means so much to us, Rochelle and the team, thank you!!!!
