A. M.First time customer to Specsavers Timaru, and first eye exam ever.
A very pleasant experience from the time I walked in the door. I was able to get a walk in appointment which was great, and all staff, from reception through to consultants/sales, were professional, and made me feel very comfortable.
The eye exam, with Jason, was very enlightening. Amazing what I found out about my eyes and vision.
Special thanks to Dianne ⭐ Thankyou for your patience, and spending such a lengthy time, helping me to choose the right frames. Appreciated 👍

B. A. B.Altogether a very relaxing total eye experience. Staff members right along the chain have been well trained to take the customer to each station, explain the procedure, take the measurements, collate the results so that the specialist optometrist can explain the findings and recommend choices. If glasses are required the assistants can display the frames and help the customer make a reasoned choice. At no time is pressure applied to take the most expensive option. Every effort is made for the customer to purchase glasses that will remedy any defect satisfactorily.

C. S.Incredible service, the staff are brilliant all around and not bad to look at. Knowledgeable and friendly, and prices are the best you'll get in New Zealand in my experience. Definitely don't go anywhere else for your eye care.
