G.I went to Andrew Black's last week (without an appointment) as my glasses had a broken frame. I was served straight away by the technician, John, who then spent about 15 minutes attending to my needs. He was able to find new frames that would fit my existing lenses, he then inserted the lenses into the new frames and spent time making sure that the frames fitted my face. All the time, he was exceptionally pleasant and friendly, and the cost to me was just the cost of the frames with nothing to pay for his help. I left feeling happy and uplifted. 5/5 for excellent service.
S.Seeing AB for over 20 years, and hes almost always met my fussy needs. As a family we've used them for over 30 years. The team are very professional, accommodating, and deal with anything from eye infections to tricky contact lense prescriptions. Only thing I'd do is add funky adult frames to their frame selection. Keep up the good work!

I went in with a problem that had been irritating my one eye for a while now and I'm so happy to say he has got to the bottom it! Was then helped in an equally professional, entertaining and patient way to pick what kind of glasses I wanted - which also greatly helped settling into the realisation that I now needed ones in the first place.
