K.I had the best experience today getting my sons eyes tested. The staff did an amazing job for a boy who was very anxious about it all. The 1 lady jess who i dealt with was amazing with my son. Im very thankful for the assistance i got today :)

P.>>> FANTASTIC <<< I had my two previous pairs of specs made at two different branches of Specsavers and was left very disappointed on both occasions. I decided to have one last try and went to the WHANGANUI BRANCH, and this is where I had my faith completely restored. They corrected the previous prescription which is now perfect! My dealings with Murray and Elise were nothing short of impressive. They are professionals in the truest sense and not only did they know their stuff but offered the highest degree of service at every step in a personal, efficient, and most pleasant manner. Thanks Murray and Elise for a FANTASTIC CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!
T.This was an excellent experience. I know naff all about glasses. These guys do and we’re very helpful. Later when it turned out I had the wrong prescription, they very kindly fixed it all at no cost to me.

n.Very helpful, professional and friendly staff! They were so patient with me when I was learning to insert my contact lenses. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars because I was not told additional features to my glasses would incur an extra cost....thus I had to say no whilst at the counter as it was too pricey for my taste...but aside from that highly recommend.
G.I recieved excellent, fast service when I needed glasses, having gotten an eye ulcer and needing to come off contact lenses for a few weeks.
If memory serves, I was seen and had a new pair of specs within two days.
