M.I took my daughter in to get her glasses adjusted and I was amazed at how smoothly it went. My daughter has ADHD and is constantly moving which can often be frustrating for people. Michelle was wonderful, she entertained my daughter with disc's that changed colour all the while moving around and interacting with my daughter as she got the glasses to fit well. It was such a pleasant experience not to have to try to make her sit still (in the past this had often ended in a meltdown), Michelle just seemed to innately know what my child required and just accommodated her. This was very much appreciated, people like this make such a difference for parents whose children require that little extra effort - so keep up the great work! 🧡
J.Extremely satisfied with interaction with both staff members. There were numerous COVID codes in different areas of the shop, and when i had difficulty scanning the code the manager came over to help me (a smudge on my mobile phone camera was the cause). I appreciated she was wearing a mask while interacting closely with me.
C.I Love going to Wanganui Eye Care Centre as I get treated with respect, I can trust them to check my eyes and rely on them to help sort new glasses as I need them - without the pressure of "extras" that are bonus selling for staff at other places. I have no hesitation recommending them to anybody needing glasses or eye care
