Awesome experience at Visualeyez thanks to Craig and the team. They fitted me with some NZ made frames that are a perfect fit with great lenses. The eye test was quick and easy. I highly recommend going to Visualeyez Boutique Optometrists.

Fantastic Team. I had lost my pair of glasses and Craig made a fresh pair and fitted me with an new pair in 20 minutes. Stephanie is a great optometrist who is very thorough. Highly recommended

This is a fantastic optometrists - both Stephanie and Craig are friendly and professional, with a sense of humour too (really puts you at ease!). They offer a thorough eye examination during which Stephanie was happy to answer my questions and discuss different options. When it came to choosing some frames Stephanie gave good honest advice and helped me to choose frames which suited my situation and budget (there was no nudging toward more expensive options like I have experienced at other places). She even wrote up a report on my eyes for me to send back to my optometrist in the UK - much appreciated! Overall you receive a five star service here and I would highly recommend.

Fantastic service from both Craig and Stephanie. They are totally professional, listened, explained what was going on with my eyes and made me feel as though they did care about ensuring I had the best options to maintain my "eye" health. I tried Visualeyez because I was not happy with the quality of vision I was getting from the contact lenses supplied by another optometrist, who had basically shrugged and said 'These are the best lenses we can get'. I have significant astigmatism on top of very short sight, so for a long time I accepted their story that it was not possible to find a design that dealt with everything. However, the wonderful staff at Visualeyez quickly proved this wrong. I now enjoy the sharpest, clearest vision I have ever had in 28 years of wearing contacts - wishing I had gone to see them a lot sooner!

Craig & Stephanie were awesome to deal with. It was my first time using them after they were recommended to me. I felt the examination was really thorough and I was much happier with the choice of frames and the whole consultation process I received. My wife says the new frames even make me look happier - so that's got to be good!

Couldn't recommend enough! Most comprehensive examination/fitting I have ever had for my eyes. Nothing worse than having glasses that perform badly. Great help choosing a frame too. These guys go above and beyond total eye geeks with all the pro gear. Ordered in frames for me to try on even though I wasn't intending to purchase them. Great pricing and discount incentives for further purchases. Chur!

I was away in the Waikato over Xmas when I experienced a drama in one eye. Without hesitation I called Craig. He and Steph gave me good advice. DHB provided treatment at Waikato, followed by Whangarei upon my return. Craig followed up with phone calls to make sure I was OK. I had another episode 3 months later and again Craig was happy to communicate with me after consulting with Steph. I really value their professional expertise. It's very personal, helpful, and caring. Thank you team.

My second set of glasses from Craig. The after service was fantastic on first pair. Second pair; eye examination very thorough and glasses - exactly as promised. I have been to optometrists for 24years now and I am very particular about cosmetic and general eye health, due to my years of Boxing amd having Type1 Diabetes. Craig and Stephanie have been taken great care of me for around 3+ years now. From general eye tests to diabetic retinopathy tests, sourcing various coloured contact lens, teaching me contact lens health, polarised sunglasses and collating with my Southern Cross Health Insurance. Along with exceptional prices, Craig has always provided top notch customer sercvice and nothing has ever been a problem for him and always finds cost solutions should I ever go over budget Of the many optometrists I have been too, Visualeyez are true AAA+++ Boutique Optometrists and in my opinion, the best in all of Northland. I have now been to Visualeyez twice and both times was really impressed with their service. They are a great team who talked me through the process in great detail. They also really took the time to make sure I found the perfect glasses. I highly recommend them.
