R.Purchased a pair of Oakley prescription sunglasses middle of 2021 and after a few weeks lost the little rubber inserts that fit to your nose. Went back and unfortunately Oakley had discontinued this model. OPSM replaced the sunglasses with a model that I chose at no cost to me. The whole process took a couple of weeks. A. E.I can't rate opsm whangarei enough. My dad is 65 and after his stroke what he means to say is sometimes mixed up, they had so much patience for him, laughed at his jokes, explained every detail and answered every question without getting annoyed once. He didn't feel uncomfortable once and the whole time he felt listened to (which alot of people do the opposite). We were taken care of by maree, kushal and also I think a lady names ellie? (Ellies expertise were wonderful) The dream team honestly.
