L.From beginning to end, I felt welcomed and was treated with care and consideration from all the staff I dealt with, including my Optometrist, Lillian, and the lovely sales assistant who helped me pick out my new specs and sunglasses and closed the sale with me, to the friendly lady who fitted my glasses for me today, (sorry ladies, I have forgotten your names already 😏!)
I am extremely happy with the entire process, thank you all for a wonderful stress free experience.
Needless to say I have been raving about you all to my friends and family.
See you again soon.
c.My last couple of visits to the above store have been a rare pleasure. Yesterday Hayley went above and beyond to help this OAP. When thanking her (more than once), Hayley said it was all about customer service and satisfaction. Well she achieved that in spades as did the previous expert who helped me with new specs 3 months back. Thank you again ladies. It was day making stuff on both occasions.
A.Service was great from all involved, not least of which is the optometrist. First time in a decade of visits to optometrists that my prescription came out spot-on.

Smooth transistions from one part of the examination to another. Lovely personnel, super friendly and professional and I absolutely LOVE my new specs, at a great price. S.Cannot recommend this place more highly. Went for an eye test and everyone from the receptionist to the girl testing my eyes and then the optometrist, everyone was lovely and helpful. Big shout out to the eye doctor that saw me (he was British and I didn’t catch his name) who spent a lot of time explaining everything in detail to me to make sure I was very informed, I found him very reassuring and thorough.
R.I would like to thank specsavers so much. They picked up that I had pressures in my eyes and made an appointment at the hospital for me. Thank goodness they did as my eyes were actually quite bad and because of them I have havevthem fixed. Thank you very much 😀😀
