W.Very efficient management and problem solving. Owner rang me straightway after I post my comment in regards the lose of contact with their sales yesterday. Speedy response and have followed up my order and updated me. Hope every one stay safe and coping well during the COVID period.
L.Small chest freezer decided to give up overnight and was declared uneconomic to repair.
Called and spoke to Peter J who was very helpful. Replacement freezer was delivered installed and old freezer removed all within 3 hours.
Service above and beyond!!!

J.What an absolutely amazing team. After a mistake on our part with the dimensions for the space we had available for a new fridge their team went above and beyond to help us find a fridge that would fit and delivered and dropped of the new fridge all within a few hours. Service like that will keep us going back for other appliances.

a.I ordered a nilfisk vacuum off their website, they did not have this available after I had paid. They contacted me immediately and offered me a discount on other options. I ended up ordering a Miele at a discounted price which I'm very happy with. Fast contact, arrived within 3 days of paying, happy to problem solve... would definitely order from them again.

M.I needed a fridge on short notice. They were very helpful and accommodated our preferred delivery date. As requested they called ahead on delivery day. They set up the new appliance and also took care of all packaging material. We've bought a washing machine, a dryer and a blue ray player. Always very good and friendly service.

P.My initial experience with this store was terrible but one of the owners then went out of his way to resolve the situation.
After twice failing to deliver a washing machine at the appointed time/day, and not being called to let me know, i used the companies website to let them know how irritated and unhappy i was.
Within half an hour of doing this, i had a call from one of the store's owners who was very apologetic and told me he'd look into the problem and do whatever he could to resolve it.
I was quite sceptical that they would do anything at all, as i had already requested a full refund but to my surprise, a couple of hours later, he had not only tracked down the machine i had ordered, but he personally came to my house to deliver and install it.
Yes, one or two of the staff seem incompetent and inept but the owner (Peter) obviously takes customer service very seriously and have done everything they could to rectify the situation which was much appreciated.
D.NZ owned and operated, with a greater care and concern for customer satisfaction and service.
E.These guys are such a pleasure to buy from, bought a washer for our laundry. Linda Ward was happy with the purchase.

E.Found Albany Extreme through Price Me. You were cheaper than Noel Leeming. Very happy with the Miele vacuum cleaner.....quieter than my old vac and have on 1/2 throttle as it lifts the carpet up. I usually have to wait awhile for delivery being rural but was fast. Very happy with product and service. Free delivery was an added bonus. Cheers Dianne.
