A.Adam was great! Our key had broken off in our backdoor. Once Alan got the door open, it turned out the lock it self was broken too. Alan went out and bought us a new lock and re-fitted it into our old door. All on the spot within a coupe of hours. Great service.
M.Adam came and fixed a broken deadlock on a Sunday evening. He was helpful and friendly. I appreciated him fixing the existing lock mechanism rather than replacing it. And also he was well equipped (he also had a replacement mechanism with him in case the lock couldn't be fixed) . Thanks. Would recommend.
