We recently had some nitrogen generators delivered from Japan for a coffee packing line, parts of the manual were hand written in Japanese. After translation there were still a few grey areas due to the power conversion ect. Mark was more than happy to assist with e-mails to the manufacturer and helped us out of a jam big time. Highly recommend their services

Wonderful. Super fast to reply to ALL emails and undertook the work with no fuss in a professional manner. I asked to make a change but they advised me accordingly but were willing to make changes if i deemed i wanted it that way. Simon Lowe it seems probably didn't use these guys and it appears he's the one who clearly can't follow a basic link. These guys from 6 agencies i contacted were the most efficient and economical. Quote was agreed and i paid on Tuesday, draft rx'd Wed and original doc sent and received to the south island 7am Friday. Excellent in my books !!
