R.Called Alba Locks to looks at replacing a commercial lock on front glass doors of retail shop. Wayne arrived on time and advised us on the existing lock quality (excellent) and that it was a registered key so could not be easily copied. Great advice and service for a really good price. S.Called Wayne on New Years Eve, was locked out of our garage and he sorted it within 30mins of being onsite. Had good communication prior to arrival and let me know when he was running a bit late. Paid by credit card onsite and thought the price was reasonable for the callout with new lock and two keys. Overall good guy to deal with!
B.Wayne and Suzie have been great to deal with - we use them for our rental properties and it is always fast and friendly service. Nothing is too big or too small for them. R.I recently contacted Alpha Locksmiths to replace a lock at a factory building. The response was amazing as the lock was immediately replaced that day and also at a very reasonable price. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this company.
