I.Had to get a bedroom door lock done as my tenant was wanting it done. So I went thru a few reviews and was a little apprehensive when I contacted Alert Locksmiths,but Chris was on to it with a quick reply.
Sent him a few photographs and he knew exactly was to do.
He got the work done in good Nick - happy tenant, I did not have to waste my time and Chris was happy with a prompt payment.
Happy world.

A.Loved it. We got the family pass so we did the maze (it's tough) and the illusion rooms as well. They're very cool. We easily spent 3-4 hours there.
S.Rang Honda for a chip for car keys, sure they said but will take 6 weeks to get here from Japan. Rang Alert locksmiths sure they said be there tomorrow 22/3 /18. They were here today took 15 minutes and the car was going. I am totally impressed by the service i got. Nice job guys and well done and thanks so much.
J.Fitted a keypad to a back gate. Tradesman had to go away and source a piece of timber to complete the job and all was done fast and efficiently. Sorted out a key for a 90 year old door for which I have never had a key and got the back door lock working properly. Nothing was any bother and great communication throughout.
i.I have an old italian scooter and the time and effort he put into finding me a key that fit for ten dollers was mind blowing he also fixed an ignition barrell in 2 hours and cut new keys for my car for half the price of anybody else. It's the best customer service i have had in nz by far he is a master of his trade and i will be a customer for life
E.Mazda Premacy card key needed replacing which was turning out to be a nightmare.Brad from Alert had great advice and the price was a lot better than i was quoted from other places. We also had a miscommunication where a wrong key was cut but instead of making a fuss he handled it like a pro and was back fast to make up for it and sorted out the right keys. Thanks again team.!
