I normally don't bother to leave a review, but after another great experience from Armstrong East Tamaki, I think its important to offer feedback re service. As advertised on their website, service has been highly professional and customer-oriented, from their customer service representatives on the phone to skilled technicians on the spot. I would like to give special thanks to Shaun Donaldson who went the extra mile to identify my needs and help me make informed decision. Proudly professional & approachable - Carl and his Team are always happy to tackle whatever challenges we throw their way, and have done a variety of lock, automotive, and alarms/access control work for us (both commercial & domestic). Highly recommend.

Mixed bag. On the one hand the staff are really professional and polite. They turn up when they say they will and provide fast quotes. So 5 stars there. But... They price-gouge on the hardware they supply, and they only install what they supply meaning you have to buy from them, so be prepared to overpay. The hardware was quoted at almost double what it costs the public (not trade) in the big box stores or other locksmiths. That's an unreasonable difference in my opinion. Didn't proceed with the work.
