It was above and beyond - the help I received at Windsor Park branch today - the chap was so helpful with my car fob - spent a lot of time testing, changing battery and walking up and down to my car to test it. Great price - and new fob sorted Outstanding customer service and a caring attitude is somewhat a rarity these days, but so appreciated when you come across it ! Purchased a Ute for which the previous owner had lost the keys for the tray. Armstrong’s we’re happy to help, dropped the car off and 3hrs later we now have a lockable rear tray. Excellent service. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for top notch service and service delivery.

Luke was very professional and super friendly. It took him less than 30 minutes to install the eufy smart lock on my aluminum door frame with the tech support from Noel Leeming couldn’t install. After the installation is completed, he saw my door was a bit tilted. He helped adjusted the hinges of my door without me asking, and now the door closes and opens very smoothly. He even gave me some pro tips on the smart lock and the door which are all very helpful. Highly recommend their service!

Even though it was early morning on a weekend, the agent answered the phone and Luke arrived promptly. I was locked out of my house and needed help and he not only did what I needed, he cleaned out my old front door lock and fixed the part that was not locking from the inside. During the Quotation stage I was impressed with the attention to detail, the promptness of advice, and the very reasonable costings. Both our Vicar and Parish Secretary were delighted with the excellent work that Scott did for us last Friday. He was thoroughly pleasant, efficient, and very knowledgeable about our current needs. When pressed, he also provided useful information about what might be our future security needs - so much appreciated, and gives us food for thought. Called Armstrong in a bit of a pickle as my front door lock had jammed and couldn't be opened. I made the call, the locksmith arrived, unlocked it, replaced the door handle and here I am writing a review in less than 1.5 hours from making that call. VERY impressed with the service and thank you so much. If we ever need a locksmith again, you will be our go to!
