Had a fantastic experience with them 3 years ago. Saw a advert of a dog that I thought would be a good mate for my other rescue dog. The staff bent over backwards to help me and to "test" whether the two doggies will be a match. Acted quickly to get and inspector to look at my home and give the green light to adopt. Thanks everyone.

The employees I dealt with on both occasions were very informative & understanding. The impound fees are costly not to mention the fine you will receive a week after the impound date.

We met a cute dog who was up for adoption, I could tell the lady that showed him to us really cared. The checks they do on prospective homes are good, dogs shouldn't be given to just anyone.

The customer service here is exceptional. We have been in a couple of times over the last couple of weeks to view dogs for adoption, The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and clearly care about making sure that the dogs get paired with the right people. Very impressed.

Adopted Shiloh From Here, She's A Great Therapy Dog, Cute, Funny, Energetic, Elegant, Petite, Very Lady Like, Super Intelligent, Motivational And My Closet Companion, She Was Put Up As Murawai, But Renamed As Shiloh, When We First Got Her She Was Very Nervous Around People, Cars And Bridges, She Would Cower When You'd Go To Pat Her, And Now She's The Happiest Dog Alive, She's Even Helped Me Get Back Into Running, She's Also Very Quick To Learn New Tricks, Thank You Guys For Rescuing Her, I Couldn't Ask For A Better Pup.

What an incredible shelter, friendly educated and caring staff. The animals there look so happy. They are obviously passionate about what they do and i would encourage more shelters and rescues to be more like them. Too bad its not a hotel for dog as im sure my pooches would love it there. They have held dogs for months for rehoming, the play yards look amazing. I dont understand how people are so quick to judge and posting mis information all the time. Definately recommend them, all u haters dont know what ur talking about, clearly the haters have no idea how awesome u guys are. Keep up the great work.

Loving staff. They really care about the animals they look after. Just dropped off a poor dog that was wondering the streets and was sadly in a hig and run accident. They promised even though there was no chip or collar the dog would receive the best veterinarian care.
