P.With a bad installation experience I had with an installer, I immediately tried to look for another audio installer. I found Audio City and saw that they know how to install one on a new Honda Odyssey model.
They are very professional and honest with the job and advise what will actually work or not. They explained to me properly why some features of the factory unit will not work on an aftermarket head unit. They properly reinstalled the Kenwood head unit that I have on the odyssey and properly did the wires.
Listen, if you are looking for a good audio installer, check out these guys!!! 5 stars ain't enough! Thank you Audio City!!!
P.Rang a number of places to convert imported infotainment centre in Gold MK7. These guys were the most knowledgeable and helpful. Have just had the job done and can confirm they are awesome.

R.My experience with these guys is too notch. Had minor issues with the hardware and they always sorted it with no questions asked. Highly recommend them for high value cars. They look after tour vehicle and the service is exclusive.
B.Great service - I went to a competitor for a quote and they tried to upsell to higher spec units which I said I didn't need or want. But worst of all the pricing for the unit, parts and labour changed when I said I didn't want a higher spec unit!!
Went to Audio City in Auckland for a quote and they were friendly, transparent about the costs and offered to do the installation on the spot. Went ahead and got a great unit installed. Work was done within the hour.
Sound is great and they hooked up my reverse camera and steering wheel controls too!

N.I visited Audio City last week after they were recommended to me and purchased and had installed a Grundig 7503 (audio/cd/mapping/reversing camera) unit at the best price available that I had seen anywhere.
I was extremely pleased with the advice and assistance they provided. I waited while they worked and just before I left they discovered a problem with the camera that came with the vehicle I had just purchased. They were only too happy to try another unit to see if the problem was with the new Grundig, but it wasn't. They identified that the problem was with the previous camera and quickly installed a replacement. They did all that with no additional charge to the original installation price ... so I was more than happy.
So I'd like to thank Travis and the team for their attitude, commitment and willingness to please. AND YES ... as a result I'm very happy to give them a 5 Star review ... and would certainly go back to Audio City for anything else I need.
T.Just bought a Toyota Blade and was looking for a head unit before collecting my car. Reached out to a few installers but most were not responsive. On the day I picked up the car, I asked my car dealer and he recommended Audio City.
Vincent was kind enough to slot in a session on the same day. Communication was straightforward and honest. The team moved really quickly to replace the head unit and had the reverse camera and steering control connected within an hour. They even replaced the burnt fuse of my auxiliary power outlet. These guys really know their stuff and provide top-notch service. Happy to recommend!
G.Their service was so quick! Emailed and I was booked in for the next day. Took around 1 hour to get new head unit fitted in my Honda CR-Z and even hooked it up to the reverse camera and steering wheel controls. There is a small waiting area upstairs with sofas, water/coffee, and free wifi. Really friendly, top-notch service and no mess left behind. Recommended if you are too lazy to fit your own head unit like me :)
c.Great service pulled up in Toyota raum had lost the headeck radio and reversing camera after changing battery. Other places said change the headeck ..... they had a recovery disk and completed in ten minutes and fir a very reasonable price . Thanks to the team and Travis 👍

D.Took my VW mk 6 golf R to these guys to get the OEM apple CarPlay Unit, I already had a factory reversing camera installed, which wasn't able to connect, the only solution was to put a after market camera in, which I wasn't really keen on but decided to go ahead with it, 2 hours later to my surprise they somehow managed to connect my factory camera, even after I had made the decision to buy for $150 a aftermarket camera, This was some really great customer service, they didn't just try make some more money off me and take the easy option the spent 2 hours of their own time making the factory camera work which was what I really wanted. They took their time and care, I couldn't recommend these guys enough, if I ever need something like this done again I will 100% be going back here. Thanks so much A+++!!!

A.I just had a language conversion/Android auto upgrade and camera fitted to my Mazda axela,these guys are very skilled and professional ,I highly recommend these guys!
L.Bought band expander for Japanese car (prius) radio. Product is fine. First they installed a shorter range after complaining they put what they advertised FM 88-108 MHz. Although the frequency number does not match when it's higher than 90 but at least I have most of the stations and have something to listen to.
