D.Had an issue with our Parmco oven recently and had two technicians called out. The first may have been new so dont think he diagnosed the problem correctly in which the oven seemed to be switching off when at a certain heat level. He thought the entire oven fan needed replacing... This didnt quite sit with us...
So asked for another set of eyes. Megan was awesome and arranged another call out at no extra cost. Two other chaps arrived ( I think one was called Ian?) very promptly and were much more thorough than the first chap.
They removed the entire top cover and gas hobs and diagnosed that the problem lay with the top fan that was caught up with grease and was not cooling the top part of the oven - hence the thermostat in the hobs getting too hot. They sprayed it with some CRC (good ole!) and its back in business!
I cannot fault their service and would highly recommend them to anyone!
(perhaps ask for Ian and his co-worker!)
D.Called 2 days before New Years due to a noisy washing machine, got a visit the same day to diagnose the fault, got the water pump fixed the next morning, Raman who did the job was very professional and well spoken and calm through the whole process, he quickly identified the issue, rung the office and got the part ordered, he explained the process and issue and found him well trained and extremely efficient and knew exactly what he was doing. I was surprised how cost effective the service was, VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER and washing machine, highly recommended, 5 STAR SERVICE, WELL DONE

I.We were served by Shy on Saturday morning when we were trying to find knobs for a gas hob. She was knowledgeable cheerful, helpful and went out of her way to find us a solution. We couldn't have been happier.
J.I had a problem with my fridge and in the end it needed replacing. I had Axial first to look at my fridge and due to its age parts could not be sought to fix it. I then purchased a free standing fridge freezer through Axial which they installed. I was on a very tight schedule of 4 days as I had to get this all sorted between guests at my apartment. My old fridge was integrated the new fridge freestanding. This meant that they needed a lot of information to ensure I got the correct fridge which is what they did.
I have found Axial so professional and helpful throughout this whole process. I could not fault the service from my very first contact with Axial to the completion of the job. The communication was excellent, they got back to me when they sad they would and I have a new fridge installed on time.
Not only was I extremely happy with the service, the price for my fridge fully installed I felt was extremely good value for money.
I would in particular like to thank Carlene, she was superb to deal with and I felt that she really went that extra mile for you and really cared.
Congratulations on your team you were an absolute pleasure to deal with and the service was exemplary.
A.This is the second occasions when I have contacted Axial for spares - first for Westhinghouse gas hob and electric double oven. This time for spares for Whirlaway insinkerator. On both occasions the orders were placed on line and delivery was prompt by courier - even here in lockdown the order was place on Sunday and this morning Wednesday the spares arrived by courier. Gratifying to see there are still some businesses left in NZ that know and understand what customer service is all about. Well done Axial.
A.I started my search online to find a new washing machine. Having dealt with these guys in the past for repairs I sent an enquiry and the the response was prompt, helpful and professional! I started dealing with Shy who sent me a list of washing machine options to buy. Not knowing really what I looked for she gave some guidance and I also had a chat to Roger one of their technicians. Super helpful. It was an easy decision to make and then I got a call from Lorrainne (?) to arrange delivery and install. It has arrived yet but if the process of install is as easy and good as my experience to purchasse so far I'm sure all will go well. Would recommend this team!
W.Highly recommend using Axial for all my rental properties. I have used them for 15 years plus and have always found them professional, affordable and always go over and above for me. My lastest job that I got Axial to do this last week was not straight forward, it involved coordinating plumbers and kitchen installers, but the job went seamlessly! Thanks guys

T.Very good service. Brought in a broken dryer and was happy to be rung the following day that all repairs were done and it was ready to be collected. They rang before they did any work to confirm the cost of the service. Not sure if that's done by default, but I do remember asking when I initially dropped off, so I could decide whether to proceed. I'd recommend dropping off appliances to them, rather than them coming to you, if you were after a more affordable repair, and the appliance was movable.
J.My fridge stopped cooling all of a sudden. Called Axial Appliance at 8am, they came at 11 and fixed it within an hour. Good customer service, quick, easy and efficient.

R.I bought my Hoover dryer new about 15 years ago and it recently stopped rotating. I rang and spoke to the chap in the workshop since I knew of them when they repaired my washing machine previously. He was very helpful and used his experience to accurately diagnose the issue over the phone. I bought a capacitor from them at a great price, fitted it myself and the dryer works like new again. These guys are great and honest. Very impressed. Highly recommended.

S.Great service - I accidentally broke the dairy door lid on my fridge door so found their website and worked out which parts I needed for my fridge door, then I ordered them and they arrived by the end of the week - I've now fitted this to my door without a hitch. The price for the dairy door lids was also cheaper than a competitor's web price.
F.Only company that responded during COVID Lockdown and scheduled visit. Parts were not available but they managed to provide work around which eventually failed but fixed that without any cost even after 3 month of labour warranty was over. Thanks to Megan!

B.Hi, if i could have given this company 6 stars i would have. I had an issue with my Fridge that when i rang other companies they just scratched there head and said mmmm duno what the problem is there?
I booked an appointment with a lady on the phone that was very clear with there rates and and she gave me an appointment time. I then got a call back to tell me that the time could be brought forward which worked out great.
The Technician arrived and was extremely polite and professional and fixed my problem with in the hour!
The invoice was also alot less than expected.
I had visions of having to replace my Fridge.
