L.Put through a mail order. Products rattling around in box with zero packing material, not even scrunched-up newspaper. Unsurprisingly something got broken. No apology given, gave me the run-around and no refund. Products that weren't broken were great.

I contacted Mike to buy parts for my Weber BBQ, and he replied with a very reasonable quote. I was a bit slow getting back to him, and in the meantime he contacted Weber, and facilitated me getting the parts for free, under their warranty.
He did himself out of a sale.
The parts arrived this morning - I'm stoked!

J.Contacted Mike regarding an ignition problem with my Weber BBQ, intending to purchase the parts needed. Mike recognised the problem and contacted Weber, and the parts were supplied under warranty.
Excellent service from Mike and also Tema at Weber.

E.Mike and the BBQ Online Team have by fair the best prices for Weber BBQs around, look no further. Excellent prompt customer service, my Q2200 arrived after two days, even during COVID lockdown. What makes their Weber Qs better, as well as being cheaper, their dual fuelled, unlike other retail outlets that only run off the big cumbersome LPG bottles.
