We just received our new True Comfort mattress and are so excited to go to bed tonight. A huge thank you to Mike and the delivery guys. Mike was so knowledgable and friendly and it was really interesting to talk through the different components of what makes a great mattress for our individual sleeping styles (and the pillows to match). The king single bed with single trundle underneath along with the upgraded mattresses we purchased arrived as requested . Mark had agreed to hold the delivery until it suited us which was very accomodating . The men who delivered and set our bed up were punctual, polite and did a very good assembly job. I then decided to look at pillow options a few weeks later . Mark again was very helpful suggesting alternatives to suit my problematic neck . I was encouraged to take pillow samples home, try out and then purchase the pillow of choice . I continue to be impressed with the excellent service Bedpost and Mark offer . Thank you .

Mike at Bedpost was awesome, got me a great deal and was very helpful especially as I had a budget to adhere to. I ended up getting a bed I was very happy with for a much better price than anticpated + a mattress protector to go with it. Thank you Mike, I am looking forward to receiving it this Friday. Highly recommend!!!! I bought 2 new Queen mattresses and a base from Mike at Bedpost Wairau Park. They are top quality beds, great priced and I had the best customer service. They also delivered the goods and took my old beds away. Very happy customer 😊

I 100% agree with all the other 5 Star Reviews. Mike's customer service is outstanding. I'm also very happy with the bunks I bought for my kids and Mike's delivery and assembly team were lovely guys and super fast putting the bunks up for me. Very happy customer!

A huge thank to Mike at bedpost wairau! He just went above and beyond expectations helping my partner and I find the perfect bed, and has been so flexible with delivery times, even throwing in a few freebies! He is just a huge wrath of knowledge on these beds and is so personable. The next time we need a bed (hopefully not for a long time now lol) I won’t be going anywhere else but bedpost. What an amazing guy Mike is! We went in on Sunday with our little girl who he didn't have a problem with play around while we shopped for what we needed. Mike gave us great advice and information and we got our mattress as promised at exactly the time stated. Excellent service Mike! I was lucky to be served by Mike. He was very friendly and did a great job showing me around the mattress that best fit for my back pain. Today I wake up fresh with only a change of pillow that he advised me . I can’t wait for my new mattress to arrive, if only a pillow made a difference in my sleep, the new mattress is going to be amazing! Thank you Mike!

We had the privilege of dealing with Josh at Bedpost about a year ago. This wasn't easy as there is a huge weight difference between myself and my husband and worried that we would end up with one of us not being happy with it. Josh recommended the bed and base which we ended up buying but unfortunately within about 4-5 months the mattress didn't suit us and we needed something a lot firmer. Josh had no hesitation in sending someone out to look into this for us and within a few weeks he replaced it for us with a firmer mattress to more meet our needs at no extra cost and / or bother to us. He has been more than accommodating and helpful. Gave us great advice and always delivered when he said they would. Awesome follow up service and he should be very proud of how helpful and friendly the guys are that make the deliveries as well. We would have no hesitation in recommending Josh and his team at Bedpost to anyone !!!

Got a mattress today great serive very helpful staff I'm not a small girl so they recommend the perfect mattress for me can't wait till I get it

Josh (owner/security?) was quick to respond to my queries. I was in dire need of two beds, and he was on the case as quick as a flash. Choosing which bed was right for me was made real easy, and the delivery arrived as promised. His workers assembled both beds and even left some tools for maintenance. After the purchase, he even checked in to see how the bed was doing and provided some tips on how to maintain it. If I ever need a bed or bed accessories, I'll definitely buy from here.

I was with my Mum helping her to choose a new bed. Chrissy and Josh (owners) could not have been more delightful to deal with. They were so helpful, patient, knowledgeable and caring. We chose a beautiful Tempur electric bed, which they delivered the following weekend. The two delivery guys, Dave and Brahmin, were also a credit to the company. We highly recommend the whole team at Bedpost Wairau Park. You will not be disappointed 😊

We'd spoken to lots of people about beds, and also had disappointments with previous purchases from elsewhere by the time we spoke to Josh. It was obvious he knew his products, and also cared more about finding the right thing for us than making a sale. I was impressed. My trust was rewarded when there was a manufacturers fault we needed to get sorted. Josh was easy to deal with, and quickly helped us resolve the issue. Again, I was impressed. His delivery team are also nice guys, who went out of their way to make things easy for us. I definitely recommend Josh and his team as good operators.

We had spent sometime looking for a new bed. Finally went to bed post Wairau Park. Absolutely perfect customer service. We explained what we wanted and got the best advice for our needs. What a great team! From the time we walked into the shop to now where we have our new bed, fantastic service! Delivery was promised within a two hour window which is pretty unusual these days and we even got a phone call 20 minutes before to tell us they were on their way. Bed put up in next to no time great service highly recommend this team at why Wairau Park.

First of all - I never write reviews but felt compelled to because of the excellent service I received from Josh! We have recently moved back to NZ and buying a bed was one of the many things on the to-do list. Even though moving countries was stressful - buying a bed from Josh was easy! And he’s genuinely such a nice guy. Would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends! And have done so already! Thanks so much Josh!!

I'm very pleased with Josh and Liam services. Goods received wasn't of acceptable standard, but they did not shy away from taking responsibility. The issue was resolved within 7 work days. I'm very happy and enjoying my purchases. I would recommend my friends and family to go look for Josh and Liam when come time to replace their bedroom furniture. Thank you guys!

Awesome delivery service from Bedpost. The 2 guys who delivered by new bed were punctual, friendly and provided an amazing service. They delivered directly to the room, assembled the bed and removed all packaging. Fantastic service and a great Sleepyhead bed too

Had the guys from Bedpost Wairau Park deliver and install two super king beds today, lead by the cheerful and hardworking Dave. Top job, great care taken when moving them into the apartment and really happy with the outcome. Very comfy beds.

Never had better service anywhere. Josh went out of his way to help us and we were so pleased to have the outcome he got for us. Bedpost Wairau Park is definitely the place to go for a new bed which is delivered when you want it and everything is taken away afterwards.

Wow, Josh the owner really knows his stuff. So helpful and informative. We purchased the Electric Tempur bed. It is the best money we have spent in a long time. My husband who usually only sleeps 4-6 hours is sleeping 9 hours a night. Thank you Josh, we are totally thrilled with the service and our purchase.
