We have had our bed from this store nearly two years now and it was everything they had said it would be with all the benefits they said we would have. Our experience shopping here with Mr and Mrs Khor is always exceptional! Great customer service by both Mr Khor and his wife. We had issues with a bed we bought from someone else but these guys gave us great ideas and suggestions on how to deal with our mattress situation. We've been to so many different bed shops and Bedpost Westgate has to be the best. The beds here are all high quality, the owners provided us the best service comparing to other bed shops and they let us tried all the different brands and models and explained the technologies, materials and advantages of each brand clearly. We are impressed by the TEMPUR Zero-G Adjustable Beds and purchased the Split Super King model with soft and firm mattresses. Normally i would not write a review, but myself and other family members have recently purchased some adjustable beds from Vivienne as well as an Oak bedroom suite that she organised to get made as a special order. She goes the extra mile to help out, her pricing without any need to haggle is always very good (have compared with other outlets). She is great at communicating and advising on delivery time frames. If you are in the market for a new bed then this shop would be my first stop. All family members are extremely happy with the adjustable beds they have purchased.

As we were moving into a new flat, my partner and I went shopping for a new bed and mattress. We were amazed there were so many shops in Westgate selling beds. We knew what we wanted, a large bed on legs with space for storage underneath and a firm, comfortable mattress. Being the farthest shop from the car, Bedpost was the last shop we went into. Straightaway, we felt the difference. The owners JS and Vivienne were so professional and knowledgeable. They asked questions, measured bed dimensions, recommended mattresses. In short, we were so impressed we came away having bought a Queen size bed and a comfortable mattress. The after sales service was just as good with phone appraisal of delivery and set-up. In fact, I phoned them about a minor setup problem, being an older person, and they came over to the house to help. We couldn't be more happy and satisfied with the purchase. A well deserved 5 stars!

Bought a True Comfort king mattress last week from there. Fantastic service! Vivienne was extremely helpful all the way through! I had specifically walked out of other Bedpost stores before that are closer to our home because sales people there were not listening and all they cared about is getting a sale. I bought a new mattress in Westgate bedpost. The Js the owner of the store was very kind and helpful. After I was sleeping on the new mattress for a couple of months I found the mattress not suitable for me. It is typically very difficult to distinguish one retail shop from another. You buy a product at a reasonable price and you are done. You only measure your experience during a sales cycle. We bought total of three beds from here to date. For the first two, the store provided a good retail experience with a very competitive pricing. Which would have been enough 4 or 5 stars in my book. Last weekend my partner & I decided to go window shopping for a bed (Basically I dragged him with me🤣) we looked around the complex and like the other post said, bedpost was further away from the other "bedshops" the walking around/arguments leading up to Vivienne & the team was worth it. My partner and I find our dream bed (literally). We both didn't expect to leave the store with a brand new bed, nor with the excellent service we received by Vivienne. I purchased two Tempur mattresses from the Bed post Westgate recently. Firstly I was hugely impressed that the owners of the business remembered me from when I first bought my bed from them around 2000 when they were operating in Botany. The new mattresses turned out to be the wrong size. Which given I'd not provided exact measurements was probably my fault. However the owners collected the incorrect mattresses (no questions asked). They then organised to gain access to the closed (over Christmas) factory. This was no simple matter as they needed to get the mattresses from a considerable height without access to a forklift. They then delivered the correct mattresses to my house. A fabulous service, by a shop committed to ensuring complete customer satisfaction. 100% fabulous outcome
