Friendly,fast customer service and delivery. Really reasonable prices and great beds. The delivery guys even waited for me to get back from the service station rather than just leave my bed outside 😀👍🏻🤘👏 Thanks heaps!!

Nikita helped me purchase 3 mattresses unseen. She understood our needs and delivered to them. She also managed a complicated delivery situation during hampered by a lockdown flawlessly. The mattresses themselves are superb, best I've ever slept on. No hesitation giving a 5 star review here.

Wonderful service, needed a bed in a hurry after insurance paid out. Ordered the bed on Saturday, installed on Tuesday, that's a 3 day turnaround. Kunal at Beds 4 U Avondale went above and beyond expectations. Job well done.

Friendly, timely service from Nikita who followed up my requests as promised, and very promptly, since what I originally wanted was not in stock. She was not bothered by the toing and froing by phone necessary for communication. The delivery men deposited the items straight into my garage. I am very happy with the product and the service, especially from Nikita.

Great quality and affordable bed. Super easy to assemble. 10/10 service the guys arranged an evening delivery for me, they were punctual, polite and very helpful. Great communication all round. Was able to make payment over the phone so I didn't even have to go to the store. So easy !

Great friendly service. We are very grateful that we chose to buy locally as we live just down the road. We bought a king single bed for our son's bedroom and the lady in there was very helpful - even making it so easy for us to choose a different base. My son loves his new bed - it's comfy (he scored it 9/10) and best of all the price was great - far cheaper than the big furniture shops we had checked previously. I highly recommend this place and look forward to checking out their big beds when time comes to renew our bed.

WOW! I am so glad that a friend recommended Beds 4 u. Everything was brilliant from the first time I spoke online with the lovely sales consultant Shivanni to going into the store and test out our new bed. I’m so pleased with our brand new queen mattress and base for $529! Best prices in Auckland by a long shot! We paid a very reasonable $35 for delivery and the delivery guys did everything as promised, rang me 15 mins before they arrived and carried everything into our home. Thank You so much guys for your outstanding customer service 👌🏼

Beds4U Avondale were great. Once we had made our choice they had the bed delivered in a few days. Efficient and quick communication. Great service and our son loves his new bed. Highly recommended!!!!

They had exactly what bed we were after for a good price. Ordered then and there on the weekend and delivery was prompt. Their delivery service also provided GPS updates, so we didn't have to wonder where they were.

This Monday I walked into the shop for a mattress, JC helped me to find a suitable one just in a minute. I was impressed by his knowledge of the products. Since JC is keen to help, I decided to shop for more furniture. He told me to measure my room first; I took his sensible advice and provided him with room measurement the next day. As expected, I purchased all the bedroom furniture I need with JC's outstanding service in my second trip. It was an enjoyable shopping experience! Thank you, JC!

Great service.. brought a queen bed frame and a queen and single mattress last week and got them delivered the next day.. the lady was very nice towards us as I was unable to decide on which to choose and she's explain the difference and gave me space and time to decide. Thanks.

Went to store last Thursday and was pleasantly surprised with the stock and showroom , was served by a very helpful guy and I found what I was wanting and for a great price . it was easy for me to pick up and was told all would be ready by Wednesday and someone would ring me and sure enough I got a call that morning . Went and picked up and was served by a lady who couldn't have been more helpful if she tried . great service and prices and plenty of parking even with a trailer . thanks a lot :o)

Friendly staff, i bought Sleep Max Pocket Pillowtop mattress, quality is not good as expected, i am started getting backpain after using this bed.

Went all the way to Manaukau from Avondale to find a bed frame and it turned out the best frames were under my nose the whole time! Affordable and convenient would shop here again! Thanks :)
