I purchased a Sleep Max Posture Elite Medium Queen Size Bed for my 17 year old son who is 6'3 in height with a Pacific Island body frame to match from Beds 4 U Glenfield. The sales rep I dealt with was Jeanette. She provided me with the best quality bed for my price range and suggested that we should get this bed for my son. The bed was delivered yesterday at 5.55pm and my son has informed me that last night was the best sleep he has ever had in such a very long time. I would like to thank Jeanette for her professionalism and patience in dealing with my family through this difficult time in Auckland. She went beyond her call of duty and made sure to contact me if there was anything she could do to ensure the sale went through smoothly. Her positivity and friendly personality made it a pleasure to deal with in buying our new bed. I would highly recommend the services of this company in purchasing a bed for your family. Bought 2 sets of bed at Bed4U Glenfield Mall branch. No regrets at all! All my request were sorted out in terms of the delivery dates and time. Jennette was the sales person who assisted me in both my purchases. She was very responsive ang gives prompt details whenever I ask for further information about the products whether my query was via text message or email. Indeed I will highly recommend Beds4u and Kudos to Jennette for being a very good sales person - truly values her customer.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have been suffering with a bad back for 13 years, and have had two surgeries. Still uncomfortable though when I sleep, so went into the Glenfield store. I met the most amazingly patient and informative lady, whose name is Meet. Anything she wasn’t 100% sure in she sought out the correct information. My bed was delivered by Harry and Mandeep, and they just have to be the most wonderful delivery guys who went well beyond what was expected of them to help get my bed up and running for me. Meet, Harry and Mandeep, you’re so amazing with the service you provided and I can’t recommend nor thank you enough for absolutely EVERYTHING!!! One thing I would point out to the company as a whole, maybe make bed deliveries earlier on in the day, as the idea of putting a really heavy electric bed together as late as 8pm is not ideal. But otherwise, many many thanks for everything. Still give you all 5 stars ++!

I bought the slumber zone queen size last month, and I like it so far. Jennette was really good at giving options, and communication from her team during the delivery process was excellent.

I did heaps of research before purchasing my mattress and Beds 4 U came out tops, great prices, great NZ made products, excellent customer service from Jeanette, and they made accommodations to deliver my mattress in lock down, keeping me informed along the way. I'm a very happy customer and will be back!

We visited this store today and bought a new Spine Supporter king size mattress. The store is conveniently located inside the Glenfield Mall on level 2. My partner and I (and our 11yo daughter) had the pleasure of dealing with Shivani - from the moment we walked in, she was kind and helpful and definitely knew her products inside out. She made the whole experience of updating our bed a fun family outing 👍 The new mattress is awesome (so so soooo luxurious and comfortable) and the price we paid was excellent value. Shivani also sold us an amazing new gel pillow - the icing on the cake 👍 Thank you so much for your wonderful service, Shivani and Beds 4U Glenfield - we will definitely be back and will recommend you guys to everyone we know!! 😊😊😊

Absolutely fantastic!!! Janette was so helpful and really made sure that she heard exactly what we needed, and then provided us with a bed that we really love!!! Its so much better than what we thought we could afford, but Janette was amazing and got us a great deal!!! Fantastic prices and great service!!!! Will definitely be going back!

Came to Beds4u for the first time to purchase a new bed and mattress as me and my partner where moving into our new home. The staff working there where so helpful and explained the process of choosing the right mattress. Offered us a comfortable pillow to try and even made us a brew! no pushy sales staff made us feel relaxed and not pressured. Would highly recommend Beds4u Glenfield to all my friends and family.

really enjoying my new adapter pillow from Beds 4 U in Glenfield - have been wanting a nice pillow for ages - helpful staff - and amazing pillow! was great to be able to adjust the height of the pillow - you never know what it's going to feel like - but this is really comfortable - best pillow I've ever had!
