Great service and the lady that was on duty knew what she was taking about. Wasn't trying to just sell a bed, was really trying to find the right bed for us. What is great is they have a 60day trail (small amount extra if you want to change) to test the bed and option to change after.

Joe, a lovely young lady has been cheerful, polite and very helpful on the two or three times we have spoken. I am elderly and know my own mind. She was kind and patient and did not try to pressure me in any way. I purchased a motorised bed for back and leg elevation. Just press a button and I can stop it anywhere. Delivery was inexpensive and also the assembly in my home and another delight, they took away my old bed free of charge. I cannot recommend this shop and its service highly enough. : - )

The manager was excellent. Buying not only a king single but also a new king size mattress for my own bed was made simple and easy and was kept within my price range by the manager. He did not try and pressure me at all. He knew his product and showed me exactly what I wanted when I asked. The whole process was made simple and easy. A big change from the other stores. It was also delivered on time.

Intended to buy a mattress for my bedroom & was exploring options.....Met the sales Manager Mr.Micky at the store on boxing day....he made me experience the extensive range at the beds4u store. Each was better than the previous one....finally I get struck by the "Posture Elite " mattress which was firm but comfortable, gave proper rest to the back and yet smooth. Really beautiful store and reasonable price, I bought a bliss plush sleepset for my 15 years son and he loves it. The mattress and the base have 10 years warranty which is very good. Also I want thank you for JC’s help he is knowledgeable friendly and have a sense of humor my son was laughing because his joke, anyway if you are looking for a mattress bed4u is a place has the good products and reasonable price.

I must have spent over half a day on the internet and visiting numerous bedding shops - Sleepmax is a brand favored by many Bedding stores. Beds 4 U sell an excellent value for money mattress called a Sleepmax Pocket Coil. I was very impressed by both staff I dealt with, Jay when I rang the store and then Joe when I visited the store - they were friendly and couldn't have been more helpful, also no sales pressure. Excellent price for delivery and a very professional service, you had to wait a few more days than other stores, but the cost was half that charged by others, so didn't mind waiting - Love our new mattress, you don't always have to pay more to get a good deal, Thanks to the staff at Beds 4 U Henderson
