R.Great experience. I bought a new bed here last week, and received excellent and friendly service from Shivani. Very helpful, and they were happy to change my order after I changed my mind later on after already purchasing a different size. Best part about it was that they will take your old bed away if you require... that made them the obvious choice for me, making the whole experience super easy. The delivery guys were awesome too. Recommended!

Tip: Please don't buy the cheapest mattress, it was really uncomfortable. Paying just a little bit more gave us much higher quality.
R.Bought a lovely king bed and mattress from the dominion road branch. Excellent customer service by Mr.Amit, very pleasant, polite and attentive. He was very helpful as he tried to get our order in time for an early delivery. The delivery staff were good as well.
A.I received my Queen bed within a week of ordering it, and Shivani was very helpful in helping me select the right bed for me. On delivery day I was given a heads up at lunchtime of when the bed was going to be delivered later in the afternoon so that I was able to arrange being home at the correct time. When it turned out the delivery time was a bit early for me to get home from work, Shivani worked to arrange for me to be the last delivery so that I didn't have to rush home. Fabulous customer service, I would recommend Beds4U to my friends!

A.I stumbled upon the Henderson Beds4U thanks to GoogleMaps and decided to check it out. There were several beds on display and the sales rep was very helpful in explaining the differences between each mattress (e.g. spring type, materials, etc.). The sales rep then gave my partner and I some space while we tested out the mattresses alone for a good 45-minutes. We finally settled on a Queen Eternity Euro Top sleep set - it's super comfy and warm at night. We also purchased a couple Air Cooler pillows. Beds4U were also great in that they stored my purchase for 2 weeks after I had to make an unexpected trip out of town. When I returned, they kept up great communication and delivered my purchase for free. Fantastic customer service, I am very happy with my purchase!
P.I had a wonderful experience with beds4u. Recently, we bought two beds from beds4u and the salesperson, Shivani was very helpful. She not only helped us to get good deal on the quality beds but also helped us sort out finance formalities. She followed up with us on delivery which was in time.
