Have been looking for the perfect new bed for a while, the fabulous service that Silky provided made it an easy choice. Great value with the added benefit of a 60 day guarantee on the mattress decision. The delivery staff were excellent and the assembly was simple.

I sometimes have back pain and I found a good quality mattress at Newmarket Beds 4 u. Silky was helpful and friendly. Delivery was delayed a few days from the original date. However, the delivery staff was very kind and delivered the head, base and mattress to my room. Highly recommend!

Two Sundays ago my partner and I went in to Beds4U in Newmarket and last night we just had an incredible sleep on our new bed. We were helped out by Shivani who knew everything about all the beds and mattresses. She allowed to spend a lot of tie trying them out and giving us great suggestions based on how we felt about each bed and mattress. We got a couple of the gel foam pillows as well, which are life changing. I would recommend this place to everyone! Great service, great products, great turn around.

We received excellent service from Shivani at Beds 4 U in Newmarket. We were last minute shoppers before Christmas, urgently needing beds for our grandchildren. She did everything to assist us with our purchase, and was extremely diligent and pleasant. We have been 100% satisfied with our trundler beds, especially at 50% off, and our grandchildren are very excited to have such comfortable beds. The two gentlemen who delivered my beds came after 7pm, removed all the plastic sheeting and screwed in the bun feet for me - all done with lovely smiles and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for that as I am a single professional woman who would never have been strong enough to do all that alone. We found the bed that we wanted but for some reasons everything didn't seem right for us at first. This sort of problems do test the patience and expertise of the staff and I for one can say that Shivanni is the best ever sales staff that had served us. I was looking to purchase a Double/Queen bed before Christmas. BEDS4U was the first store I went to. Shivani helped me with all my questions and gave me a lot of good information. Plus the prices during the opening sale wasn't half bad! I decided to visit the other stores (around 5 others) before coming back to finalize my decision. Shivani offered multiple delivery options to me but as I live very close, I went for the pick up option. Fast forward to two days later, turns out the Queen mattress is too large for the car! Shivani offered us the vacuum sealed mattress-in-a-box option that would fit that they had in stock in their Dominion Road branch. The mattress is the same softness and the only difference is that it's a bit thicker. A good option for anyone with a smaller car! We got the mattress with no issues. All the Beds4U store clerks were very helpful and accommodating. Thank you for making my (inexperienced) bed shopping experience a positive one.

I needed a set of drawers to match a current one I have and stumbled across something I wanted on the Beds4u website. Managed to get in touch with Shivani from Newmarket who was most helpful. Followed up with me and let me know what was in stock and even helped me with parking. I went in and liked the look and went home to measure, I also called again wanting inside drawer measurements which she happily provided. Went in the following day to pay and they managed to get it delivered at a 3rd of the price other companies were paying. VERY VERY happy. Thank you again. Absolutely AMAZING. I am a typical person that would shop by price but with the help of your friendly staff member Shivani, she guided me and gave me options of which bed best suits everyone in my family. I have purchased 2x Mattresses for myself and hubby and 1 for my grandfather- and Shivani made it so simple to explain which best suits my grandfather especially for his age. WE all feel like we are sleeping on Clouds LOL. My mum is jealous and my uncle is too. So hopefully by next month both my mum and uncle put their money in so that I can order another 2 mattresses.
