Best massage I have ever had! Sooo relaxing and the massage therapist took such good care of me, making sure I was comfortable the whole time. Will definitely be coming here again. If you are stuck on what to buy a pregnant mama - get her a voucher for this place!

I had my labour preparation massage with Ilham on 12th January at Belmont branch and she got magical hands. She made all my pains disappear and I never expected such comfort. On 14th of January I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl with no pain relief on board. Being a First time mom It was a spontaneous joyful natural birth which was just a total of 13 hours of labour from the first contraction. I recommend their service to any one who is looking for a good pregnancy massage.

Had a lovely massage here today, my therapist was Krill(hopefully I spelt that correctly), at first I was tense, anxious because I've never experienced a massage before. I also went in feeling abit low as my pregnancy isn't as straightforward as I'd like. After my massage was completed I felt uplifted, relaxed and just greatfull. The massage therapist really made sure I was comfortable, she was kind and consistent in her method. I would give more stars if I could! This place is absolutely amazing for pregnant women. Mamta is absolutely FANTASTIC!! Seriously, the BEST massage I've every had. She is patient, kind, gentle, and she always goes above and beyond when she gives a massage. In fact, everyone I've interacted with at the spa is so friendly and accommodating and compassionate. You really get the sense that they care about you and your baby and want to make you feel special and pampered while you are there. Worth the money 100%. Just had a great post-natal massage @Bella Mama yesterday, it was very relaxing. Blissful! Booked on Saturday, went on Sunday. Had the birth preparation treatment (suitable for 37+ weeks expectant). Therapist was wonderful and funny. All the lotions smelled beautiful. Very relaxing. Music was on an obvious track repeat - maybe have a think about more choices? Receptionist was very difficult to understand (I struggled to understand her on the phone as well as in person), but did not detract from experience once I was in spa room. Spa was running a bit late from previous client so therapist apologised and also extended my session to accomodate :) very nice experience. Definitely will recommend to any pregnant friends in future!

The staff were all very friendly and thoughtful. They offer tea or water on arrival. After the massage, you have lots of time to get up and get back on your feet. Jenny gave a professional and soothing massage. Highly recommended. I will be back in a few weeks for sure!

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Deb Lowther at Bella Mama my pregnancy massage. I was really stressing out as I was past my due date which I think mentally my body was holding on as I was stressing. Deb was so lovely and reassuring and gave the most amazing massage that really relaxed and comforted me. I went to Bella Mama today and being 37 weeks pregnant had the 'Just before the baby pamper package' from Mamta. I was a bit unsure of what to expect and did not have many massages in my life but Mamta was amazingly kind, gentle and incredibly friendly. And oh my, does she have some magic in her hands! I was able to completely relax and enjoy every single minute and touch. I also felt completely at ease and comfortable with Mamta. I thought 75 minutes would be long but I could have stayed the whole day. So thank you heaps! The nap time afterwards was very relaxing as well and made me stay in the vibe from the massage. You'll get a lovely tea and some snacks, can nap for a while, read a book, listen to the tranquil music or just absorb the experience you just had before going back into the normal world again. All in all... highly recommended

We attended "2 secrets of a joyful post partum" and as a dad to be, Jo inspired me with many practical ways I can help my partner recover and for us to enjoy the "4th trimester" as a new family. Drawing on many different cultural perspectives, Jo did a great job of highlighting the similarities between all of them when it comes to helping a new mum. I also really appreciated her honesty regarding the challenges and joys of post partum, and came away wanting to "treat her like a queen"! Highly recommended Enjoying that course, we decided to do the "Massage in Pregnancy and Birth" workshop. In just a few short hours, I learned basic techniques to massage my partner and relieve pain. After an easy to follow and fun afternoon, I can now give my partner simple but effective and relaxing massages. It's good to have a step-by-step plan to follow. My partner definitely appreciates it! Both courses were enlightening and gave me confidence in my role as dad to be.

At 25 weeks pregnant and caught up in labour n pregnancy etc. I was recommended Bella mama as a good place for some pre baby r & r. Upon browsing their website I discovered they offered a Postpardum workshop ...... oh gosh I hadnt even thought that far ahead. After successfully convincing hubby to come along. We instantly had our eyes opened to all that lies ahead..... up to that point we had only concentrated on the labour and birth! we are and will be eternally grateful for attending this workshop. Jo Hogan who hosted the workshop is the Bella of Mamas, You could see her passion for this topic flowing as she spoke and her enthusiasm and excitement for each person attending and made us think of our own unique journey postpardum and building our "village". From this... we looked more and more into what we wanted it to look like for us..... and we very eagerly asked JO to be part of it and hired her as our Postpardum Doula.... we are now 8 weeks in and having JO a part of it with us is an absolute delight. She has made us feel so special, pampered, loved and nourished (literally.... she is such a great chef)... filling our house with smiles, our bodies with tender massages and encouraging us every step of the way.
