I'm a kitchen designer and have worked mainly in Auckland for 20 years. In my opinion Blum NZ offer the best cabinetry hardware on the global market and technical support, operations expertise and after sales service to match. I've found the staff in every sector of the business are knowledgeable and obliging. Blum NZ have a wonderful showroom in Auckland where you can familiarize yourself with the latest product and even a room where you can 'build' your own kitchen. Wonderful place to put your idea in reality! The Blum team was very helpful not only with selecting the best hardware and drawers to suit my new kitchen but also with the design and kitchen flow. Attention to details is on their priority list with very personal friendly approach. I love my new Blum kitchen. Also recently I have renovated our bathroom and designed my own vanity using Blum hardware and drawers and its beautiful, minimalistic and seamless.

We have been dealing with Blum NZ for over 30 years for our business in Auckland and I can honestly say we wouldn't use anything else - they are simply the best. Right across the business from the MD, sales, support team to our fabulous Rep Graham, the delivery and the showroom they can't be faulted.

As an kitchen & bathroom designer, I use the Blum showroom to show my clients a variety of hardware options for their projects & they find the displays very useful. The staff are always knowledgeable, helpful & friendly and the great thing for me is to be able to show the clients rather than trying to imagine items from a catalog , this makes my job so much easier and shortens the whole process of product specification.

As an interior designer, I value top quality products and service. Blum's products are innovative, problem solving and top quality. Blum's showroom in Auckland is fantastic, I take my clients in there to see the products and the showroom is set up to demonstrate the uses of the different hardware in different situations. World's best in drawer and hinge hardware.

I wouldn’t design a kitchen without visiting Blum’s Auckland showroom. If you want the best when it comes to storage solutions and smooth opening and closing drawers, this is where you’ll find it. On top of that, it’s in a stunning location and the service includes a great cup of coffee.

Professional service and friendly! The Blum team are amazing, I highly recommend a visit to the Auckland showroom for a personalised discussion about your kitchen needs.

Service and professionalism couldn't be better - sent the S/Island branch a photo of some old hinges we needed to replace. They quickly identified them and emailed us a quote for equivalent replacements. We eventually ordered them on a Monday afternoon, they arrived in Nelson by courier the following morning and we completed the installation by midday Wednesday. Too easy! Thank you very much.

Thinking of a new kitchen than a great place to see quality kitchen bathroom and walk in wardrobe features and understand the "working" of drawers. Very good showroom, lovely staff and great ideas.

Great product and have Blum through the kitchen and would definitely choose it again but staff at the showroom were not very helpful and acted like I was a hassle - maybe didn't look like I had the money to spend and that attitude frustrates me!
