I take my 11m bub there. Under 1s are free. They have their own space for under 5s. He would stay for hours if I let him. He has so much fun. Place is always clean and tidy.

We celebrated our daughter's birthday here today . They are very kind and great people. Our daughter, we and our guests are all very happy with the way the birthday room was decorated, arrangements for food, cake and special thanks to Charlie. Special mention abou the cake it was really yummy. I will recommend them for birthday parties.. 🙏👍👍

Not a large venue but fun activities for about 1-2 hours. Very loud, not good for anxious or noise sensitive kids/parents. Average food, which is expected, but the plate of wedges were yummy. Good iced mocha frap, but not great english breakfast tea.

Amazing facilities for babies crawling and walking, also our 7-9 year old enjoyed themselves, everything is clean, all the machines are in working order and we were also greeted and given information when we arrived which is not something I’m used to it was really nice thank you so much

It's very nice place for children. My daughter really enjoy here, she is very small I wish I could stay longer there. Thanks for designing wonderful place for kids n parents. Food options are good too.

Baby had fun. Really glad it's much more smaller and yet still lots of fun for our little people. Fun to be at.

After inquiring if they were open, they fail to inform us they had a birthday party booked for 12 noon. We turned up at 11am only to be told we only have an hour of playtime before we have to leave! So we had to take our babies elsewhere for a play😥. Disappointed, this could have been avoided if they had told us over the phone.

Small but everything is there to keep the kids happy and entertained, very clean as well

I took my 13 month old grand daughter here and we had a great time. There were lots of fun things to do and we could have stayed longer. The equipment and facilities were clean and comfortable. The staff very friendly and helpful. The food was also good. We will be going back.

Nice they've updated the playground however the seating is very narrow & very busy with foot traffic - going when it's busy is not enjoyable

An awesome playground for younger children. Very obliging staff and very clean. You can sit at tables, enjoy a coffee and watch the kids. My grandkids absolutely loved it and didn't want to leave.

As far as these go it was clean and well maintained, with friendly staff, and my 3 year old loved it. Just wish it was less noisy so as not to be too stimulating for kids (the air powered ball guns are so loud!). Plus I would give more stars if they had healthier food abd drink for kids. But all round pretty good fir indoor play.

A bit smaller than the Henderson but still full of joy for the kids.

Good entertainment for children. Could work out expensive if you have several children so worth spending good amount of time there. The children I took really enjoyed it but its not a rest for parents unless more than one person goes because you need to supervise them all the time or at least keep an eye on them if they are over age 4. Under 4's need constant supervision.

Another chain that has a big disparity in quality, service and cleanliness across the different sites. This branch is new, clean and expansive. Highly recommended for toddlers aged 2 to 6. Great for birthday parties. Only improvement I could recommend is adding some more healthy options to the available food like sandwiches etc.

Lots of fun things for kids to do

We have recently celebrated our son’s birthday here and it was out best decision to choose this venue. Starting from explaining the options and till we left the venue with full satisfaction, Leon and April had been very friendly, humble and cooperative and made our day memorable. Very clean and tidy place and food was awesome too. I highly recommend this place birthday events and also for regular play.

Hosted my children's birthday party here today and am so impressed that I'm writing the review whilst here. The service from all staff is impeccable, the venue is very clean, the food was freshly cooked and served hot. Thank you for the wonderful day had by our whānau

We enjoyed our visit with our 18 month and 4 year old.. the place is clean and very new. Lots of fun activities for kids even good ones for the younger ones. Friendly and helpful staff. Party room was great too!

I had my sons 4th birthday at Chipmunks New Lynn over the weekend. It was hands down an exceptional experience. Due to predicted rain down pours, I made a late (2 days out) enquiry to book a birthday experience (Room, catering, set up, hosting, entertainment and on hand support). For a last minute arrangement - everything turned out amazing, the staff with Great and very supportive, the venue was suitable for my group of 20 kids and 15 adults. I would recommend for groups up to 30+ children. Give them a call!

Food quick n hot. Playground lots of fun for the kids but squished when its time ti sit and eat as the table and chairs are pushed tightly together, could do w smaller tables n chairs n less of them.

This place is new, clean, has numerous seats for hosting a big number of kids, and has some really fun interactive play areas. Would recommend to anyone who's looking to entertain kids. If you're lucky enough to be able to go early on a weekday you pretty much have the place to yourself too!

We spent 3 hours here and the Grandkids loved it.

Newly open indoor playground. Kids love it! Can play all day long. Recommended!

Amazing playground, best so far. Ball pit has electronic target games and blow tubes.. A big hit with the kids. Under threes area was superb! Parking was a bit hard and only 3 nuggets in a chicken nugget munch meal was pretty mean.

Loved the place. We had my son 5th bday celebration here. A little small compared to other chipmunks but very clean.

This is the only one we will go to. Its new, everything is clean and works. In quite a small space but they made it work really well. We also have had a birthday party here and the staff were super helpful and friendly at every interaction. Highly recommended for your wee ones and for a stress free birthday party.

Best Chipmunks in NZ. Everything is modern and good for all ages. We had 2 birthday parties here and all kids had a blast.

Coffee was bad! but the place is good. My daughter enjoyed. I guess with 13.50 dollar per kid this place can be bigger. It was crowded today and congested.

A great place. The kids loved it and we spent the entire day thete without hetting bord. The eqwipmemnt is brand new and the place is spotless. The day we were there it was packed with people but it was so clean, the cleaning man shild get a raise:) Will recommand!

What an awesome place for kids of all ages. I had as much fun as they did! The technology was amazing. It was clean and the staff were friendly and the party set up was great.

Great place for children's birthday parties. Bring extra to decorate to make your child's day extra special. Good facilities and activities to entertain children. Parking is ok.

Clean and new facility. So much for the kids to do including interactive ball pit, upstairs creative arts room and awesome under 5’s section. Staff are friendly..highly recommend 🤩👍🏻

Parking on the outside..lots of fun for the kids..my kids 4 and 2 enjoyed it a lot..ball pit..slide.. one bouncy castle, interactive games, cafe and much more..however I feel that it was a lil too cramped and at times I felt there were too many kids in the play area

My darling daughter loved being at Chipmunks playland and had great time playing with lots of kids.

Went on a weekday with 2 x preschoolers. They had a lot of fun without the crowds.

Great indoors playground. Just be careful with the giant screen - kids tend to stuck there forever

Good place for kids to play around. The food is a bit pricey and the coffee isn't great. However it is good place to keep kids occupied.

Great place for the kids to burn off plenty of energy, albeit it a little cramped compared to the Henderson location. Seems to have been a welcome addition as always packed.

Its very small compare to the one in Pakuranga. But, overall its fine eventhough the play area is very limited.
