Absolutely fantastic service. Niki and Kelli were absolutely awesome. My partner and I needed to replace our bed. We popped into the store as she had bought a bed there before.The team were absolutely brilliant.Our bed was delivered the same day and the moving crew were brilliant

The best customer experience I’ve had in NZ. ‘The sisters’ Nikki and Kelly have great knowledge when comes to your Dream bed. They will focus on your needs both you and your partner as no one has the same sleeping positions. Another great short cut is to go straight to them if you are comparing prices. “There’s no comparison”. Thanks Nikki for letting me know in advance what time the delivery would be. Let the fun/sleep begin 😉

Great service as always from these guys, the king single I purchased took a little while but Niki updated me on ETA and then lockdown happened! As soon as level 4 was lifted I received a call and delivery was made that very same day. Delivery boys were great too, set it up the bed for me and took away the rubbish. Thank you Niki and Kelly, my parents also purchased from you and they were impressed with the service as well :)

I came into Dream Beds over a month ago to find a bed within a set budget. Instead of being hauled at straight away, I was given time to look around before Kelli approached me to ask if I needed help. I’m not one to spend much more than 5-10 mins in a store so I told her my budget and what I was looking for. She gave me options and I quickly chose. I ended up finding that the bed that I picked wasn’t suitable for me but figured I would leave it as it was a fairly priced bed however Nikki got in contact with me and offered me an exchange and gave me again, OPTIONS. I came in the following week met by Kelli again and went through with the exchange. I have never ever had such outstanding customer service and have NEVER written a review based on a positive customer experience before. It is amazing to know that you’re dealing directly with the owners who are genuinely passionate about customer service as well. Also dad; put the cheaper beds up on the website so that people like me know they’re there for sure :)!!

Went here around Christmas / Boxing Day in 2020 to get a headboard. Have previously bought 3 beds in total off of them now over the years. Run by a family the service has always been great, they let you try out the beds at your pace and aren't pushy. At the same time if you have questions they're happy to help and give advice/suggestions. Delivery folks are also great, give you a call when they're on their way to you and helpful with getting everything in place. We haven't purchased beds off of anyone else since we found this place and have zero intentions of finding anyone else, they're just great to deal with in all respects.

I’ve been a customer of DreamBeds for years, and they are now the only place I’ll shop for beds, because I know that with them I’ll get a quality experience. Everything from how I’m treated in store to receiving a delivery is wonderful. You can tell they care about what’s right for your situation, instead of trying to meet a sales target or up-sell you. I was on a budget and they worked with me to find a bed I was going to enjoy, that wouldn’t break the bank. I left feeling like I’d gotten a good deal and excellent customer service. 2 days after ordering I got the call that my order would be delivered that day, and a 30 minute heads up. When the delivery people arrived, they were friendly and helpful, even installing my new bed and taking my old one away! And to top it off, I got a thank you gift from Niki and Kelli. If you’re looking for a shop that will treat you right and one that you can trust, it has to be DreamBeds.

What a breath of fresh air on the bed buying circuit! Both Kelli and Niki were very helpful, relaxed, informative and transparent during my two visits to the showroom to look for a mid priced queen bed. They don't play big marketing games like other bed chains and they really just want to find you the best bed for your price point. No pressure at all. I ended up buying a model they designed from their Dream range and I'm very happy with it. It only took about 5 days to arrive. The delivery guys were friendly and efficient. They setup the new bed and took away my old relic of a bed. They have a comfort guarantee and are happy to swap the bed out within about 3 weeks or so if not happy which gives peace of mind. I also appreciated the follow-up call from Niki to check how the bed was working out. Thank you Dream Beds! Highly recommended.

This comment is well overdue and I should have done this when we purchased our bed some time back but lying in my comfortable bed last night before dozing off to sleep, I thought I must send my compliments. My wife and I have never ever experienced such excellent service when purchasing a bed and being 58 years old, we have bought quite a few beds in our time. The ladies at Dream Beds were so professional in making sure we had the right bed. You guys certainly believe in "The customer is King" Cause I felt like one and my wife felt like a queen. Our bed is still perfect like the day we got it. You guys are true professionals. Well done.

Dream beds has been absaloutly amazing to us. Purchasing the bed at the store was made so exciting by the staff and so helpful with no pressure, which is so helpful when your spending that much money on a bed. However, we fell in love with a bed and staff were so informative and helped with finance to get the bed we really wanted. The bed has helped with both my partners and my sleep tremendously, we wish we bought it sooner. Following a few months later a button popped of the headboard, but this was no problem, Dream beds organised for the bed to be picked up, fixed and dropped off - the day it was dropped off it was my birthday and Dream Beds spoilt me with some chocolates. My partner and I absaloutly love the support we have been given for our first big purchase and we could not be happier. Thank you Dream Beds, you guys are awesome 👌 would highly recommend to EVERYONE looking for the perfect bed and above and beyond customer support.

Most amazing service ever. My partner and I ordered a new bed and it wasn’t due to be delivered for a week or longer. But because of lock down they made the delivery urgent and we had a bed 2 days after paying for it. Most amazing customer service from the women in store. Would definitely go back and recommend to others aswell.

Staff are so friendly and welcoming, but most impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the product. Kelli was fantastic and basically told exactly what we didn’t want, insisting we try multiple beds to compare to ultimately come back to what she’d initially recommended based on what we’d spoken about. She listened, advised, never pressured, and answered any questions we had. Really impressed with the service and we absolutely LOVE our new mattress.

My Husband and I went up to Botany to buy a bed on Saturday for my Father In Law to use while he recovers from knee surgery. The service was excellent, we told the girls what we needed and half an hour later the bed home and in the room, we were able to bring it home in our van, I wouldn't go anywhere else for beds as I love the friendly helpful none pushy service. This is a very important review and you must read it. Dream beds is the perfect example of customer service and quality products that everyone needs to learn from. I cannot rate them enough. If you want to buy a bed, you MUST go to dream beds. My wife and I, recently married, cheaped out and bought a nasty bed from Facebook Marketplace, thinking a lot of places like dream beds would be overselling expensive beds to us that we couldn’t afford. Our cheap bed was awful. Through an advert spoken by Mike Hosking on his morning show, we were intrigued to simply have a look at dreambeds. When we got there, the service was perfect. They knew their stuff. They didn’t oversell. They were not awkward. Without going into detail, they were committed to making us a deal within our budget, but they were not pressuring us at all. There is a fine balance between being keen to make it work and pressuring customers and pushing them away. And they got that balance perfectly. They were not jamming a sale down our throats but the deal was so good we had to accept it. That’s what I like about small family businesses. There’s no big franchise policy that restricts them from using common sense and good sales skills to make it work. There’s no ‘computer says no’. Our new bed is incredibly comfortable. Way more comfortable than our old one. The mattress is perfect. And it was about $650 including the base. You don’t need to spend thousands to have a quality mattress. And you know what? If we ever have to upgrade or buy another bed, we will go there again. Even if we live further away, we will be back. And we will trust that if we have to spend more money, because we’ll be old and aging and will need something suited differently for us, we’ll know that we’ll be buying something of good quality and a good price, and supporting a great family business. Wow! I feel like I am sleeping on a cloud and woke up on the first morning with no pain at all and this has continued. Dream beds has transformed my sleep and I can’t thank them enough. I found DreamBeds Botany amazing. The lady in the store so helpful without any pressure. I spent the morning looking for a bed, and came straight back and purchased my bed from these guys. My wife and I have very different requirements and preferences when it comes to a mattress. This has always made it extremely difficult for us to sleep on the same mattress. Niki and Kelli were extremely helpful. They went out of their way to help us to find a solution. With their experience and knowledge of everything surrounding sleep and mattresses, we were able to find the perfect match that suited my wife and I. Their aim was not just to sell us a mattress, but to find the best option that suited our needs.
