I have contacted Dyson via their 0800 number three times for my own products, and on behalf of friends. Each time I have found the service technician to be very helpful and to go above and beyond to ensure the problems have been sorted straight away. I couldn't ask for better in aftersales.

My vacumn cleaner died - my fault. Sent it back to them by courier (they sent me the box) on Mon. It was returned working perfectly on Thurs. Perfect service.

I just bought the V8 animal vacuum for my little one bedroom house and it worked amazing! Picked up dirt and dust probably sitting since the previous tenants lived here. The lady who handled my purchase and queries was very lovely. I recieved my vacuum within 2 days of purchase and I absolutely love it 😊

We have had our Dyson V7 for just over 2 years when the battery started going flat after about 3 minutes use because it was out of warranty we thought it would be a waste of time contacting them. How wrong where we a phone call to Dyson and new battery with a years guarantee has arrived could not ask for more.

We have a Dyson stick vacuum, the battery has failed twice outside warranty. That should be a negative experience but the after sales support staff put us right both times with absolutely no fuss. It is disappointing that the batteries failed but the outstanding customer support means I have no problem recommending Dyson to friends and family.

Amazing service! My Dyson stopped working about a week before Christmas. I phoned Dyson, who promptly emailed me a courier ticket. It was returned within 3 working days. I was so relieved and grateful as I could continue with cleaning the house ready for family arriving for Christmas. Thank you so much Dyson. Lesson: Buy quality and brand as the company will stand behind their products. Name you can trust!

I actually couldn't think of a better customer service experience. They are absolutely EXCEPTIONAL, beyond belief! I know it sounds like I am ranting but any issues I have had with my handheld vacuum have been immediately resolved and they have gone above and beyond to fix these issues... and the issues aren't even really their fault, the product is amazing also. Well done and an inspiration to all businesses on how to handle things

The best customer service I have ever experienced. I have two Dyson vacuum cleaners - one is 10 years old and going strong and a new part was sourced and sent for only $11. The second one was bought in the UK 2 and half years ago, but two new parts were sent free of charge (actual cost over $100) as the vacuum cleaners have a 5 year warranty - Luckily I still had my original invoice from John Lewis. The service was fast and courteous. I'll never buy anything but a Dyson in the future.

Charming customer service lady. In spite of level 4 lockdown my vacuum battery was sent overnight delivery with no extra delivery charge. The website showed it was out of stock, but it wasn't! If I hadn't bothered to phone, I'd have bought an aftermarket one and they'd have lost my business.

Hi we own 2 Dyson cordless vacuum cleaners and find them to be very good.
But I do have a problem with some of the attachments when wanting to change them or taking them off to empty the dust collection. They are very hard to pull apart , I push the red button in but they don't come apart easily. This is the case with both models that we have.

Hands down the best customer support experience EVER!. Detailed and precise info over the phone, visited the service centre and a (rare) faulty machine was repaired with new parts, while I waited, in minutes! If this is how Dyson deals with their car, look out Tesla! (and Honda, and Toyota...). Great work, keep it up.

My dyson v11 broke down again..i was embarrassed when I called and thought I must have been a rough user as a new dyson shouldn't break down twice in 2 months! The lady on the phone, Julie, was absolutely understanding and sympathetic. Once she learned that I was going to have to wait till the following week to bring the machine in due to my busy work schedule, she promptly arranged for a courier pick up from my address so they could repair it and have it returned to me as soon as possible. The machine was picked up on Tuesday and by Friday it was returned to me, good as new. Thank you Julie. Absolutely outstanding customer service.

Awesome customer service. I was able to call into the office to pick up a new battery not long after talking to customer services on the phone. Battery and filter were replaced for me free of charge even though I was slightly over the warranty time. Lovely lady at the office

Recently bought a vacuum cleaner and I was so impressed by the packaging. Absolutely no soft plastics, all packaged in cardboard which we can recycle. I wish more large companies did what you guys have done, thank you.

Love my Dyson Cinetic BigBall Multi Floor bought it 4 years ago use it everyday and it works perfectly.
I broke the handle on the vaccum cleaner hose. Phoned Dyson Customer Service and spoke to a Customer service representative this service was second to none. Listened to my query took all my details and I received a new handle part within 2 working days.

It was so nice to replace all of the two filters and the broken ones with new ones for free.

V6 무선 청소기가 옛날과 달리 금새 작동이 멈추기도 하고 가끔은 정상적으로 작동하기도 하는등 문제가 있어서 점검 받을겸 방문 했는데 직원이 증상에 관해 설명 해주면서 밧데리를 교체 해야 한다해서 $120을 선 결제 하고나니 수리실로 가져가 금새 새 밧데리로 교체해 가져다 주었는데
필타2개와 뒷부분 깨진것 까지 모두 새것으로 무료교체 해주어서 너무 기분좋았습니다.
보통은 가져가면 맡겨놓고 가면 부품비 인건비등을 인보니스로 보내는게 이곳 뉴질랜드 인데 전혀 다른 차원의 서비스 였습니다
