E.Rates and user pays make the a quirky little gym, you can watch kids playing during the school holidays while doing lat pulldowns. Staff are professional courteous and kind.
The gym dressing rooms are clean tidy and well appointed.Not only hair dryers, there is also an ironing station
P.Great place to exercise. They run LesMills classes, so check the group fitness timetable. Inside is small gym and basketball court as well. Holiday kids programs and other fun stuff.
C.Love this place. Body pump and body attack with Karen & Rochelle just make my day. Love these instructors and love the lovely staff and the other woman in the classes. Soooo good !!
