G.Good facilities for start up businesses and campus staff, with a decent amount of parking (by Auckland's standards at least). Note that the majority of the businesses there will be relocating before the end of the 2019 year as the building and land have been sold to property developers who plan to demolish the building and build apartments
R.Its the perfect place to get inspired. You get access to people from your field. You can hear their stories and learn from their mistakes. Free workshops are also there to help you up-skill yourself regularly.
