My order arrived within a few days (during lockdown) which was excellent service. Also included were some product samples and yummy treats. One of the samples I have tried and will definitely be purchasing that item. R.I ordered some Aspect products online which was an easy process in itself. I opted for collection from shop and called a few hours after ordering to see if I could pick them up that day. The lady I spoke with informed me that the starter kit I had ordered wasn't in stock yet as they were waiting for an order to arrive. Instead of making me wait, she upgraded me to bigger bottles so that I could collect the same day. Excellent service, very accommodating and they answered all my product questions when I went in to the shop.

O.I ordered a pre order product online that due to Covid shipping was delayed from overseas. I had no problem with this delay but Exquisite went above and beyond by proactively sending a full size alternative to tide me over in the interim. This is probably the best customer service I have received and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

B.This post is not actually about the product purchased as not enough time has passed to evaluate it, but is about the excellent service I received from Leanne at the distribution centre. Latish Friday afternoon I ordered a product which I was hoping to take with me on a week away. After a phone conversation with the Clinic, Leanne contacted me on Monday morning and she was extremely helpful and sent out the product by 10.30 that morning. It was with me by Tuesday early afternoon. That is going the extra mile in my book so a very big thank you to Leanne, Best regards
