Best decision that I made was to join Family Fitness. Amazing coaching by Namrata who really cares and goes above and beyond to help me achieve my goals and I am certainly seeing results for sure. I still have a long way to go but Namrata thank you, you have taught me how to stick to my healthy eating habits and you kept pushing me to get my results. Namrata is a great coach, she is always there for you at every step as a mentor and also as a friend. Her program is designed according the individual and since it is customised, it works. Lockdown caused me to put on a great deal of weight which I was able to lose very easily with the help of Namrata. The journey was very easy and I never felt like I was struggling at any point, The weight just came off easily. I would highly recommend Namrata to anyone who have experimented it all to lose weight. She does not prescribe traditional 'salads and shakes' but asks 'what do you usually eat' and ensures she plays around with your diet to make it consistent and doable. She works on your strengths (workout and meals) and weaknesses. I can't thank her enough to help me drop kilos to boost the confidence 'its not impossible'. I am like everyone else - has kids, working fulltime, tendency to always gain fat and I did it! Highly highly recommend her for someone who feels like giving up!

The day when I joined Namrata, I did not believe in losing 10kg in 12 weeks, it felt near to impossible. But Namrata gave me that confidence and made this 10kg journey seem possible and now when I look back I feel glad I joined Family Fitness and looking forward to the next journey of another 10kg. Soumya has been friendly and supportive during my training with her. She gave me a customized diet plan and exercise that I can do. I have a wrist injury and she worked around it. At first, I was skeptical, not in trainer(Namrata) abilities, but if she can mix her training abilities with my goals. My doubts were all cleared in the first session of meeting her. She was not pushy and very approaching. She explained everything so well ! and ended up joining her session right away. I still remember I left my first session with a smile, pain & satisfaction. To date, I still leave with the same smile, satisfaction, pain but also an in-progress toned body. Namrata is very knowledgeable but what will make you want to go back to her is her passion and her dedication towards your goal, she treats your goal as her goal. When I first visited her, my only goal was to get fit and toned. In this journey, I learned to eat healthy, identify my triggers to bloating, and most importantly a trainer who sweetly pushes you towards achieving your personal goals.

Namrata is an excellent trainer. She is very knowledgeable and gives full attention to each and every client. I have been training with Namrata for 1 year, that completely changed my life for the better
I was over-weighted and having some joints problem and was so lazy to do exercises. But after training with Namrata I have lost nearly 11 kg and my other health problems have completely gone. Not only that, even my shape of the face, body and skin color has also changed as I was following her diet plan too. It also changed the way I think, and I started to take care of myself more.

I started my program with Namarta back in August this year and have lost 13kgs. I never thought it was possible losing weight without compromising on the food you love to eat. What I liked about the program was that it was designed to my dietary requirements. Program not only taught, how to manage the food but also to change your mindset towards food.

I have been consulting Namrata for two years now and it has been a life changing experience for me. Namrata is the best online personal trainer that I could have had: she is kind, caring, and tough in equal measures. She is a great fitness instructor who modulates her training according to my needs and how my body responds to the various exercises. It was my good fortune that my sister introduced me to her around the time when Covid-19 lockdown was happening across the world. I joined family fitness to loose postpartum weight and tone body. I am a lactating mother and managed to loose 10kgs in 2months without any Side effect on milk supply by following diet and exercise given by her. I was able to fit in my pre pregnancy clothes within 2months . She understood what is needed kept motivating me and made sure that I get the result .

I was at first very hesitant to do weight training as my mindset was not clear. I always had misconception about it. However, when I worked with her to achieve my ideal fitness, she has broken all the almost superstitious beliefs that I had and almost everyone has in. I joined her in Feb 2021 and since then I have lost approximately 10 kg in the span of 3-4 months, now this number does not do justice but the strength and energy I have to do other things have increased exponentially.
