Came in for to replace a lock on my old door, the staff took one look and new exactly what I needed. When I queried about extras they didn't try to sell me extra stuff, but advised me to come back if i needed anything else. Great advice solid product.

Had a Windsor french door lock that had never worked very well since we bought the house two years ago. Took the lock in for re-keying and the latch set for general service and fix/replace as required. Kelvin did the work and made suggestions what needed to be check with install. His guess that recess for the lock tongue was right on the money. The lockset has never worked better. Thankyou for your honesty and helpful natue, it is hugely appeciated.

Exceptional service, absolutely saved my day! Snapped my car key in two trying to open the boot on my way home. They kept the shop open late at closing time to get the keys cut and made sure they worked. Highly recommended, professional, knowledgeable and super service.

A standard house key is copied in less than a minute, but over the years they've helped us with many many lock situations. Prices are very fair too.

I've had issues with our front door lock (its a commercial one) for a while and its been impossible to get a locksmith to sort it. My builder recommended I give Auckland Lock a call and they were able to resolve the problem quickly and for a reasonable cost. Thank you guys!
